“I had amazing customer service from Briasia a few weeks ago when switching from Spectrum to T-Mobile. There were several problems (no fault of hers), and she was calm, cool, and the utmost professional start to finish. A few other employees and her manager also lent a hand a different times, and they were all knowledgeable and worked well together. The whole store had a good atmosphere. At a time when customer service is hard, if not impossible, to come by, I was very impressed! It took several hours from start to finish, but Briasia made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I can't remember the last time I had that kind of customer service. “Had a great experience at the T-Mobile in Pittsford. I wanted to upgrade my phone and decided to do it in store after a couple negative experiences trading in with T-Mobile through the mail. These guys were great! They were very friendly and helpful. Vin handled my purchase, trade-in and set up easily. I didn't have to do anything. We were in and out in less than an hour and now I don't have to wait for my credit, or contact T-Mobile and ask if they received my phone. I highly recommend T-Mobile in Pittsford. Vin was awesome! I didn't get the other guys names but they were really great.”

“I had a fantastic experience here. After spending 5 hours on the phone and online with at&t and STILL not being able to set up a new family plan, I came to the store to do so. Our cell situation was very complicated, including transferring phones from 2 different carriers and also adding 2 brand new lines. Chris handled all of this wonderfully, and never once acted frustrated or stressed. I left with everything in place, finally letting go of the stress that dealing with the online and phone customer service, caused me. Thank you so much Chris!”

“I have absolutely no clue why I have not written a review on this location. I use to frequent this location before I had to go to some appointments in the area. I was here today cause I also made a stop to Rubinos. To get into this place it's best to go in on the Goodman side the traffic in Ridge can be a bit much. Ok this is a nice store and fairly laid out pretty well. It's not the one I frequent or think it's the best. It's good for what I am looking for but... Some locations have more things and I've found thinks they use to have they have phased out. I wish we had Super Target's around here but.. yea Wegmans would have a spaz. You can pick up some groceries and what not the prices depending on what you want can be either a few bucks more or a hells to the nah. The accessories area always seems to be lacking stuff.. don't know why. Ok.. it's a fairly solid store and you can get what you need. It's pretty tidy and they staff is pleasant enough. Unfortunately you may need to wait to check out and they don't have an self checkout areas. They have a dedicated parking lot. Peace out.”
“I have shopped in this Walmart before but this was my first time using the pickup service. It is great! I sat at home and picked out what I needed and submitted my order. They have you provide your payment info and then choose a time for the pickup. They send you verification of the time and your list and total. Since I was picking up Tuesday (I finished my order at 1am Monday) I also had several hours to add or remove items also. I then got another notice for my adjustments to the order. A couple of items were out of stock and they provided equal replacements if I wanted them, which I did. A notice was sent notifying me my order was ready. When I arrived there is a number to call on the markers for parking to do the pickup. There were 3 ahead of me. I waited only 10-15 minutes tops to get my order. The only man doing this was so nice and very fast. I say 5 min for mine because I had a big order. Heads up though. They brought my order out in stackable plastic totes that they empty into your own bags so make sure you bring enough to the Macedon store. My only complaint was the Walmart app. I could not get the app to work for letting them know I was on my way. That's not the store though. That's the comp”
“Like everything else, including us, humans, (LOL) there's a life span, and then things wear out, fade, and then expire. Including garbage cans :). And it's safe to say mine had seen better days. Always cleaned and sanitized, bleached, but it was beat. Being close to Walmart, but not always pleased, I still gave it a chance. I went there in pursuit of a new kitchen garbage can and the selection was slim, not many in stock, and not much info as to when new stock was coming in. So I ventured to Target as I've done before. I walked into a very clean, spic & span store, was politely greeted by 2 young stock/inventory men. I asked for directions as to where I could find garbage cans and they immediately directed me. When I got to the isle I had a question about the can top and then locations of bags, and again, prompt help, service! The garbage can is an 11.4 gallons priced at $12.00 dollars, and I also purchased a 110 13 gallon bags at $8.99, grand total, $22.67. And the cash out line was expeditious. I'm pleased! And when I left, I mentioned to the cash out clerk how clean the store was, and helpful the sales people were. I said this is much different than Walmart. He looked at me and said, "we try sir". Target is a well run store, 5 stars!”
“We’ve been trying to switch to AT&T for a while now but never had the right opportunity until we stopped in and talked to Zach about our circumstances and needs. He went above and beyond to find the deal and plan that worked best for us, communicated everything and answered our questions professionally and thoroughly. When an issue arose with the transfer of service creating a long delay, he acted quickly and persistently with the applicable departments to resolve the problem and updated us the whole way. We left with new phones that we love and when the time for upgrade comes, we will visit this location because of this employee. Zach really knows his stuff, thank you for all your help!!!!”

“My husband and I were shopping for another TV, monitor for his laptop and a laptop for me. We were helped by Ben, a sales representative, and he showed us a television we never thought or considered purchasing, he showed me the perfect laptop for my needs and showed us a monitor for my husband. He spent a couple of hours with us explaining everything in detail. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding everything. This is the reason we shop at Best Buy...the staff makes it easy and they know their stuff!”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”
