“The staff at this location are incredible. Both Savenia and Billy went above and beyond in trying to assist getting my line reactivated after it was accidentally disconnected.
Billy stayed 20 minutes after close trying to resolve my issues and Savenia didn't hesitate in cutting her break short after I returned later in the day after she had assisted me earlier.
Both these associates and store were amazing over the 2 days that I was in their store trying to sort out customer service issues and reconnect my line”

“My experience at ATT on Ridge Road in Webster NY was the best customer service experience I have ever had. I arrived to the store less than 30 mins before closing, after my phone had fallen on a metal object and the screen shattered. The store manager Ivanka was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond/exceeded all possible expectations to help me. She was able to not only provide me with a new phone, but ensured that both myself and all of my family members had the best deal possible through ATT with regard to pricing, plans, service, insurance, and more. She helped me choose and set up my new device, up to and including a new screen protector and phone case. She also spent a great deal of time speaking with me, the online ATT support team, and both my husband and my mother on speaker phone (twice each) to ensure our plan was set up optimally and correctly. She ensured I knew exactly what to do for next steps and for billing, and set up follow-up plans in the future to make sure everything goes according to plan. At the end of the day she stayed 2.5 hours past store closing to provide my family and me with top-notch service. I cannot recommend Ivanka and this store enough!”

“I had to get new hearing aids and I wasn't able to pair them to my phone. I originally went to the Cricket store on Ridge Rd near Hudson, that guy wasn't any help at all. But the store on Norton, the man there was incredible! His name was Josh, he spent probably 1hr trying everything he knew to get it to pair and nothing worked. I really needed to get the app to work, so I decided to get a new phone. Josh set it all up, transfered everything over, then helped me to pair the hearing aids whiched worked! I was thrilled. I think Josh definitely went above and beyond in helping me. He was very polite, had patience, and a great sense of humor. He was very entertaining lol. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you Josh! I am so happy that I can finally use my hearing aids with my phone! Very grateful! Cricket you have a good man there!”

“Navaid, Erich, and Ben at the Verizon Eastview Mall Victor store are very tech savy and give superb customer service! Navaid, Erich, and Ben work together in harmony as a team and are friendly, kind, and helpful to customers as well as to each other. Navaid was especially patient and tenacious in solving my sister 's multiple passkey and password issues on her iphone and transporting all the data from her old iphone to her new iphone , after activating her new iphone 17. Navaid also transferred my old phone number from my flip phone to my new iphone 17 after activating it, and transferred the new phone number associated with the new iphone to my flip phone, which was then deactivated. My sister and I are very grateful for the kind, helpful, and efficient customer service. We drove straight down Jefferson Road in Henrietta from the Henrietta Jefferson Road Verizon store to the Verizon Eastview Mall Victor Verizon store after being denied customer service and support at the Verizon Henrietta Jefferson Road store after picking up our iphone 17 order placed remotely by verizon support with my sister's account. The drive was well worth it! My sister and I will now do all our business at the Verizon Eastview Mall Victor store.”

“Lindsay is the assistant store manager and she's so friendly and knowledgeable. Mason is the store manager, who helped me when I first went to this Verizon store. The stellar employee who helped me go through this transition from exchanging a new phone (Google pixeI) I got recently (under 30 days) from Verizon to the new Samsung S26 ultra (I had s24 B4 I switched to Verizon) Chavez is the person you want to transition you from your old company to Verizon. The deals and perks here are wonderful. I felt appreciated, not rushed and fully taken care of. I'm a Verizon customer for life now.”

This young man Ryan C helped me with multiple problems that were high level for me regarding my bank and getting back into it and deleting old information from Google for me. He wouldn't quit until he solved all my problems which only took 10 minutes believe it or not! He was stellar. He deserves a raise and a promotion.
