“Todd, Kendra, and Daniel were amazing with my daughter and me when we both came in for blood draws. My daughter was very upset and nervous with having to get her blood drawn yet they were very patient and supportive of her. My blood draw was complicated to no fault of their own but they treated me with great care. We appreciated their compassion!”

“This company was used to complete my life insurance physical (in Home physical). I can’t speak to the facility and I will say that making the appointment wasn’t the best (it took days for them to call back)...BUT when Ron came to complete my physical, he was AWESOME!! He was the nicest guy, so kind and caring! I do not handle getting my blood taken well but he was so good that I barely felt it at all. He spoke to my kids as if they were his own and I could tell he really enjoys his job. I’d definitely recommend!”

“I've been here a dozen or so times and never once have had an issue. Sometimes the blood draw procedure can take a little longer than I'd like but I think that is a matter of the number of the tests being done rather than a reflection on the quality of the care being given.”

“Maxine was AMAZING! Made sure everything was double checked and ready before she started. Didn’t feel anything! She talked to me the whole time to reduce my anxiety.”

“Like many others who need a fasting blood draw, I arrived a few minutes before 7:00am when the facility opens. The staff was wonderful, but the other patients waiting in line reflect the lack of common courtesy seen all too often. My suggestion is for RRH to provide a sign outside the glass door that explains a line should form to the right of the door and the door not be blocked. (There was someone standing with their nose about 6 inches from the door when another team member arrived, I am not exaggerating!) Waiting chairs should be arranged in a way that facilitates an easy to follow line. As an employer, RRH can do a little more to make the life of their hard working employees who interact with a semi-crazy public a little easier.Staff = 5 stars, minus one for the experience which could have been a little better.I'll continue to use this facility. I appreciate the skill and care of the staff.”

“I have such great experiences at this lab. The woman who greets you at the door to get your information is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is so kind and personable. The staff is wonderful too. Just got back from there.”

“Both of my children have been going to Rochester General Pediatrics since they were born. They're now 16 & 9. They've always been thorough at every visit and always polite & professional. They've also got very fast and efficient and I've never waited in the waiting area more than 10 minutes for the kids visits.”

“The main two phlebotomists, especially Robin, are absolutely amazing, but others have left my family less than impressed. For example, I dropped off a sample that needed to be refrigerated right away and I explained that to an employee whom I've never seen before sitting in front of the computer playing solitaire on a Saturday and thankfully I had that sample on ice in a bag as she continued to sit there and after 10 minutes I reminded her again that it really needs to get back in the refrigerator or it'll give a false negative and her response to me was okay I'll take care of it no worries, and she continued to play her solitaire game. That sample literally could have meant life or death because of what that test result meant. Solitaire was clearly more important than a patient's health and well-being.”

“I went in for bloodwork this morning. The check in process was easy, the personnel were all friendly and professional, and they moved everyone in and out very quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.”

“I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Linh-An C. Tuong at the Hagen Drive office a few months ago. I had only a two minute wait time before I was shown in and given the allergy tests. Dr. Tuong then spent a good amount of time with me, explaining things and asking questions. Since she switched up my protocol to a new inhaler and nose spray, I have been feeling great. Dr. Tuong and the amazing staff that I encountered on that first visit made my visit very very pleasant and I left with a smile on my face. I have trouble walking long distances, and the front desk staff very kindly offered to find me a wheel chair and took me all the way to my car.”

“Finding the place was painful; don't trust Google Maps. It's actually at 10 Hagen drive on the first floor next to the elevator, with no signage in the building to indicate any ACM Labs location. However, once I found it, check in was easy and the blood draw was quick and painless.”

“I had to get blood work done. The wait was about 4 minutes and the phlebotomist was very professional. She was very kind and incredibly talented at her job. I barely felt a thing!”

“I must add this comment because that 5 star review was years ago unfortunately. I am an extremely difficult, if not impossible, stick for doctors, nurses and trained phlebotomists (as I once was). This location had the ONLY person on the planet who could get me every time, on the very first attempt??❤️? Her name was the same as mine, ironically, went by Niki or Nicole. I have since heard that she no longer works in their system, if anywhere ?? Oh well... I have numerous medical issues and can't have lab work done anywhere!?! The last time, in the ER of all places, my husband watched the IV team try 11 TIMES to put an IV in me...they couldn't do it, I freaked out and had a massive gran mal seizure, hitting my head on the concrete repeatedly and splitting my face open ??? I was admitted, obviously, and didn't know who my husband was for 3 days ?? I say that to say this... I completely identify with others who struggle with having these things done, even though they're very necessary. Spread love to one another instead of hate ❤️”

“There was a bit of a wait, but it's expected when there's only 1 phlebotomist and one person putting orders in computer. They did a good job with my 3 year old son.”
