“Dean was so wonderful to work with. I wanted to support local when it came to stationary because I didn’t find anything online I liked when it came to invitations. I ended up creating my own design on Canva. Dean was able to beat online pricing by a mile. I got a better quality 2 sided invitation cardstock (which we got many compliments on), the envelopes were addressed with both addresses and return addresses and it also included our rehearsal info cards. All of that included beat the pricing and quality of shutterfly, vistaprint and more. Dean also did our printing for our cocktail signature drinks including images of our fur babies, our favors sign, shuttle information cards, and our seating chart cards. His turn around time was fantastic and didn’t mind making little adjustments. I am very impressed with his work and have also started using his services for my work!”

“I had 3 boats transported - 2 from savage river and 1 from Florida. All of them arrived without a scratch. I think it's important to note that this is a family owned business and the timing of transport won't always fit your needs. I didn't want to make the drive from Texas to Maryland or Florida so I let them know when the boats would be ready months in advance and as time got closer, I would give them updates to they could plan accordingly. The boats were ready months before they were able to get to them which should be expected because they are driving around the entire country picking up and delivering boats which is the only way their business model works. Was happy when the boats arrived and also happy they were in perfect condition. Would do business with again.”

“Tonight I went in for some last minute school supplies as many did just an hour before close. I had a list with all of the items and had no clue where to start. As I approached the school section in the rear of the store i was stopped and asked if I needed help finding anything. I really did. But the thing is she was totally out of range and made a real effort to ask as I was walking very fast and in a rush. I told her I could use some help and she turned my undoubtedly, very long tedious search into a fast one. I had 15 items total and they were all over the store. I am not familiar with the layout and this was greatly appreciated. In talking to this employee I found out that she was new and was just starting her second week. I was blown away. Great attitude and great work ethic. This location is fortunate to have a new employee such as yourself. Thank you Sara!”

“From start to finish these guys were so helpful to me!! I had 25 boxes to send....they did not have the correct size box I needed so offered to cut them down for me- Which they did. Clearly I misunderstood and packed them incorrectly. They untaped and repackaged all 25 boxes for me. “Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing.
