“I stopped in to get some car detailing products. They were great! The guy who helped me offered great advice, and was extremely helpful. Their work area and the whole shop was spotless. I would recommend them for sure, and the next time I need detail work that I don’t have time to do or is beyond what a casual car owner can do they will be my first stop!”

“I had such a great experience at E’s Autowork! I brought my car in for my NYS inspection, and everyone was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, professional, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful they were. It’s not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but I would definitely recommend E’s Autowork to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and great service. I’ll definitely be back!”

“I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle fixed on a number of occasions at North Coast Auto. Very professional service individuals who took care of what needed fixing. I originally went in for to have them look at what I thought would be a new muffler installation. It turned out that they could fix the muffler without charging me 1400 for a new catalytic converter and muffler system. I immediately liked these guys when I realized that they just saved me $1,000 instead of charging me. Then I went in again for a because my check engine light was on. It turned out to be nothing and I don't even think they charge me for that visit. All in all, I just trust that North Coast Auto will take care of me and my vehicle and I don't have to worry about them overcharging me. It's good to find a mechanic you can trust who is also courteous and professional. Highly recommend”

“Needed to have the front axle seals replaced on my Jeep JK. Went to several local shops, and none wanted the work. So I went to the dealership in Greece, they didn't even look up the book time, just shot from the hip with pricing, telling me they have lots of problems with rust issues, that's why the rate was so high. Bought this jeep from North Coast years ago, so I thought I'd give them a try, even though it's a long drive from where I live. Spoke with Brian over the phone and he quoted the correct hours (I had looked up the cost beforehand). I brought the jeep in and these guys are the best, they had me in and out in 2 3/4 hours. Great Job!!!”

“This was the best experience with a major vehicle repair I have ever had. The entire staff is kind, friendly and so knowledgeable. John is incredible, he will go above and beyond to help you in every possible way. Better than any dealership has ever treated me. John is truly an honest kind human. I can't say enough. Thank you again for helping me.”

“Good mechanics are busy so don’t think you can just stop by with a bad tire , I can truly say i have been going to Whitney Imports for over 20 years with multiple types of cars and yes it’s might take a week or so to get you in for repair job but if it’s an emergency Tony will take care of you . I will say they do a great job at a fair price far below dealer prices but don’t expect a coffee bar or snacks just a nice chair and an honest experience . Ps I’m not family or related just a 20 year satisfied customer .”

“Years ago, a friend recommended Dewey’s, and we have been taking our vehicles to Dewey’s now for over a decade. Their work is excellent and they have always been trustworthy and reasonably priced. I recently had brakes checked because I thought I possibly needed new pads. It turned out the noise was something else that was minor and all breaks were fine. They are an honest, and reliable company. I always highly recommend them to friends.”

“Our brand new Class C motorhome rolled terribly going down the road. Jeff W. was bound and determined to make it stop and run down the road smoothly. He did a lot of research and installed the stabilizers and other necessary equipment. Now it is a pleasure to drive!!”

“Replacing rusted steel fuel lines with nylon required many non-standard fittings. Rob, at the counter, helped me select the fittings and had everything on-hand to complete the job.”

“Customer service provided details of what had to be done and how. They also updated me twice a week on the progress of the work. And the work was completed a full week ahead of when it was first promised. The body work and paint job look great too.”

“Having worked in the automotive business most of my life, I must say this is probably the best shop in the Rochester area I have been to. I was taking my Subaru to a different exhaust repair shop that kept patching it up, but never really repairing it even though I had just purchased two new mufflers I had to purchase two more from the muffler shop because of the terrible job. The previous shop had done this place is the real deal. If you need any type of repairs, I would suggest you definitely give these guys a call. Excellent service. I have an appointment next week to get my AC repaired.”

“My husband and I went all over the greater Rochester area shopping around for two vehicles, a pickup for him, and a small efficiency car for me. After getting the runaround from several other dealers including attempts to put us into some (very very) used vehicles for way too much, Sam at Hoselton got us into the exact BRAND NEW vehicles we both wanted, with little fuss and within our budget range. (And for less than the guy trying to sell us two used vehicles!) We have had our vehicles since July and August and I just had my first service and everything has been smooth sailing. I definitely recommend Hoselton and Sam, who stuck her neck out for us and got us the best deal possible.”

“After a flat tire on my AWD, I had to buy 4 new tires. Never a good time for this kind of expense, but Firestone got me in the next day and provided great service. Still bummed about the expense, but now after getting roadside hazard coverage on the new tires, I know I'll never have to worry about an expense like this on tires again for the rest of the life of my vehicle.”

“Frank was able to save our labor day weekend. They were able to replace our tires and give us an oil change in a fair amount of time and for a fair price. Thank you!”

“I recently went back to the Oneida, NY location because I heard a loud rattling noise and assumed it was my muffler, which I just had replaced 12/24 in Oneida....come to find out it was the heat shield which was very loose....Mike fixed the problem, and Becky, who is always so customer service oriented, always a huge smile, always polite and informative, said no charge...only there for 10 minutes....great customer service. Thank you, Sue F., Waterville, NY”
