“I have to admit we usually only go for their ice-cream. Perry's and lots of flavors. The staff is always friendly and great about letting me taste new flavors. I saw the owner putting a sub together and it looked delicious. Definitely on our list to check out. We like to sit on the porch and enjoy our ice-cream. Great place !”
“The best selection on meats & seafood in our area. Large selection of fruits & vegetables. Largest beer variety in our area as well. A great deli, with a large variety. Just overall a clean well run superstore. Alway's enough cashiers open, and enough emplyee's on hand to help you in any way. If you ever have a problem they alway's make it right. On Nov.4,2023 went in & they moved everything. Ugh, why do these stores think they have to do this. Ugh!”

“Smaller than Washington St but it’s for the better. Checking out is far less annoying and it’s less crowded. The selection is smaller but mostly the same. They do have a different beer selection here - for instance they Elicottville blood orange shandy while Washington St only ever has the Blueberry ale. Prices are the same as any other tops so I’m not sure what these reviews are about but frankly in a town full of old folks I’m not surprised. I’ve heard hilariously myopic things about Tops like “who wants 10 boxes of pasta for $10?” You mean besides anyone who knows how to shop?

“If you don't want the hassle of a big store & need only a few things Dollar General is the place to go.. Sure the prices are higher but if you need that bag of chips they have them. Personnel are personable, pleasant & courteous. I have only been to the one on Washington Street. They also have gift cards for that unexpected needed gift. It's become my go to place for everything..”

“Kennedy Supermarket has friendly Staff, who are always happy to help or willing to talk about your day. Very nice people. I'am a fan of their subs, though myself I always ask for extra lettuce. Shopping there, they have essentials as well as groceries. Likely I will Shop here until I'm old and grey and no longer able to physically shop.”
“The women were very patient with me and it was at closing time and they kept their cool and they did not become rude to me but they just made it very clear they were trying to close up and everything was on a timer but not once they catch an attitude with me or kick me out of the store and for that I appreciate them”
“I was pleased to stop in to get items I needed for my home office. I had interaction with two of the associates that were busy and took the time to explain where any item I needed was located. They were eager to show me where the product was I insisted they not do that because I know they always have things to do. ?The self check out station was easy to use and gave directions that even I could follow to use my card or take coupons.I would recommend the Frewsburg Dollar General!”

“I love our local Walmart, most of the employees are super amazing, Andrea one of the cashiers is fantastic, always smiling and friendly, yesterday we bought a lawn mower and was looking for a flat bed cart, spoke to Aaron who was corralling the regular carts and asked for the flatbed, he promptly showed up to the garden center, walked us through the cashier and helped us put it in our car, he would not take a tip, store policy 😔but he was courteous and extremely helpful. “This is the only true grocery store in Falconer. It's definitely great for the staples and quick runs for a few items. The location is quite small, and the total overall product count is a bit low compared to some other supermarkets the next town over.
Overall, the store is quite dated and feels a bit dingy. They did finally get some new carts recently.
Still a great place to run to for most things, but not everything.”
