This gentleman was professional, kind, knowledgeable & patient as I asked my million and one questions. He additionally took the time to not just give me quotes but sent links regarding EVERY stove I had interest in, refurbished & scratch & Dent.
I was so pleased I was willing to now come to the store but ONLY when he was there to assure that the positive experience I had with him maintained.
It only got better in person. I could now lay eyes on what he sent as links, & have the family discussion while there as he worked with me and the price.
I left more than satisfied with a fully loaded scratch & dent stove, a 5yr warranty plan, delivery and priced with ease.
