My wife bought a Genesis special edition drill and lost the charger. The manager is giving me a free charger. I'll keep buying our tools and mowers here. “Attention Truckers: When delivering here and if your driving a 53 ft trailer, drive very slow onto the parking lot as there is a mailbox there which could be hit, have your tandems adjusted accordingly. Check in with the staff and they'll have you dock in an available door. This will mostly be a straight line back if you set yourself up correctly. Unloading was under an hour and I got my signed BOL's from receiver. And when you leave, again do it very slowly and with cautionOverall The workers here are very friendly and have a good sense of humor. I would deliver here again!”
“I can't say enough about the fine folks at Jamesville Hardware! I was doing some work on my 16 year-old self-propelled lawnmower. Because the mower is so old, I was having trouble locating a discontinued part that was needed to fix it. Roger helped me find a replacement part and even helped me disassemble the piece in his shop to allow the part fit on my current mower.Wishing I could give these folks 6 STARS. I will definitely return to Jamesville Hardware very soon! Great place. Better people!”

“Similar to other Lowe's home improvement store. Good selection, better prices than Home Depot, but not as good as WalMart (although WalMart won't carry everything Lowe's does). Store is pretty well organized and staff is friendly”
