He helped me set it up, and both Q and Evan answered my concerned and questions in a patient and professional manner. “Had an issue with my phone cover bubbling up. Verizon store said it'd be expensive to repair and that I ought to consider a new phone. This one was under 3 years old. Wireless Connections diagnosis the problem to the battery.Flashlight had also quit working, because of the battery. They put a new battery in it for $ 80 + (labor, new battery, etc). Phone works fine, no issues. Flashlight works fine now. Staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with.”

Bill made sure my new phone was in working order, transfered everything from my old to my new and answered all my questions. I drove from the Solvay area to this one because the one in Western lights store were total jerks. The music was so loud that you couldn't even hear yourself talk.
