He helped me set it up, and both Q and Evan answered my concerned and questions in a patient and professional manner. I am personally not a very technologically advanced person, so this was VERY helpful. They gave me their full attention, and provided great customer service. When I came back the updates were done. She and Ben helped me transfer my contacts, port my number, and choose a plan that is right for me. “Because I am quite careless, I tend to break my phone more often than the average person. Due to this, I have frequented every Cricket store in the CNY area. I went in on 9/22 to replace yet another phone. The guys working were fantastic. I have never felt so UNpressured in a store. They did not try to upsell me at all and were extremely accommodating (perhaps they sensed I knew what I wanted as I am quite routined now). I feel awful but I do not remember their names... sorry guys! But I am confident I will be back soon enough.”
