“I worked with Ryan and Justin here at Thames valley. I was having quite the month of bad experiences and bad luck left and right. Like most people I’m sure I can easily say I’ve given up on good customer service. But there’s always the rare breeds that seem to keep the customer service industry alive. These two were exceptional from the start. To the phone conversations on what to do with my water heater all the way to the purchasing process and pick up. They went above and beyond! Great conversation and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy process or just simply looking for knowledge about the industry. 5 stars all the way around”
“Went in this morning to get a certain item and when I had trouble locating it I asked Ian about finding it. He immediately got his fellow co worker Sequoia to help me.
She looked at the item's empty spot, got it's information and went to the back to look for any that may be in stock.
She came out with the item and I was so happy!
I then went back to Ian at the register and checked out.
Both Ian and Sequoia gave me excellent customer service and were super friendly and nice.
They both need to be recognized for the great job they are doing and are truly an asset to this store.”

“If you want to step up your design when it comes to bath and kitchen fixtures, skip the big box and come here. Besides the beautiful sinks, tubs and toilets, you actually have folks who know what they're doing. At our most recent visit we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful to find what we needed which was not easy. We come here because they have quality products that carry better manufacturers warranties. They have or can get the parts to fix or accentuate whatever they sell. Thank God our plumber turned us on to them!”
