They had exactly what I wanted, making it a smooth experience.The cash out area also gave me an experience of its own. The customer service in that area was very helpful. It's not as common to find such great customer service in most places.”

“It's a good place but it's always profiting, be careful, you arrive with your truck to buy and out of nowhere, tow trucks come out and lift you up and give you any excuse to negotiate and you have to pay because they won't lower your car and you refuse to get off. That's illegal. Be careful, that's wrong, they are cranes, I don't know if it's legal, that's a bad experience, that's why I prefer LOWES”

“Owner copied a Multi-Lock key for me and did a great job. Besides that there was an older gentleman in a scooter out front who could not fit into the store with his Hoveround. Without being prompted the owner walked outside asking the man if he needed help. He served (copied his keys, collected the payment and returned his change) the man right there on the sidewalk. Owner is just really nice and courteous.”

“I’ve been doing business with Joe for over 20 years. I recommend Air Lite to family & friends. I own 2 homes & have purchased about 20 radiator covers. This one is custom made & picked it up 2/10/24. My radiator went from picture on the left to picture on the right!! As always, I am thrilled with Air Lite’s radiator covers. Well made!! Joe also informs me on how to keep them looking good (use spray car wax). Excellent family-owned business in Queens with personal service on all their products.”

“After failed attempts of locating what I figured was a simple plumbing part, calling lots of well known places in Brooklyn and Manhattan (including the well stocked NY Replacement parts - who said they wouldn't have anything close to what I needed,) I called Stellar Hardware and Bath looking for that special washer for a commercial bath faucet - I needed it to complete a commercial job I had in midtown.After describing it on the phone, Edison mentioned that he didn't think he had it, but said if I send him a photo of it to his email and my number, he will look into it.Well 15 minutes later, Edison called me and said he's pretty sure he has the parts I need and to "just pull up in front of the place" and call him when I'm there, which I did 10 minutes later.Not only did Edison of Stellar hardware and bath come out to my car, but he gave me a handful of parts that would work.After offering to pay, he refused any money and said "no charge".Wow, just what I needed after just about giving up on this part so I could finish a job for my customer.As far as Bath parts, I know they mostly sell bath fixtures, in addition to basic hardware, but they managed to go out of their league to satisfy a customer.The only cons of this place is that it's hard to find a place to park in that part of Manhattan, but a remedy was figured out for that too.Thanks Edison, you made my day!”

“Home Depot has always been a great store. It's hard to find people to help you sometimes but it's worth the wait. ? The more important the project is to you, the more patience you should practice!! There is awesome parking space. ? This place is wheelchair accessible or friendly. It has an Express card or debit line. It also has a self-service line.I also love this place because if you have to use the restroom during your most likely lengthy shopping experience here (unless you know exactly what it is that you want and exactly where it's at?) there is a bathroom for your emergency personal visit to the bathroom.”

“Contrary to many opinions here, I've sincerely never had a problem with this location. I am in the middle of a renovation and frequently come here with my general contractor. We're usually prepared with measurements, narrow down our shopping list by looking online at what's in stock, and don't hold up the clerk by asking many questions. The types of services that I use are: 1. installation services (allow yourself some time), 2. general store purchase, 3. store purchase with assistance getting heavy things down from shelves or other types of assistance, 4. home delivery and online purchases, 5. Pro Services (with my contractor). Go in, pick up what you need, pay, then leave. Just like any other store.”

“For the most part, I've had great experiences here. Sometimes, in the past, the staff seemed like I was bothering them asking questions. Other times, you get attentive and helpful staff. So far as Home Depots go in NYC, it is fairly easy to get in and out of. The parking lot large and easy to access. Getting out has never been an issue either. So far as having what I am looking for, I have found them stocked better than other stores in the area.”

“Today I had the best experience at home Depot Elmont because of a young associate named Mark in the home appliance section. He asked me if I needed assistance and then took his time to answer all my questions. I asked for his name in the event he would get commission for a large purchase. I learned he gets no commission. He was being helpful because it is in his character to do so. Home Depot you have a gem.”

“This Home Depot was very quite there wasn't a lot of things stocked there. The staff was very helpful to me because I had ordered glass sliding doors for my room . I like the app it's very helpful as if you are looking for something in one store if they don't have it there they will kick you over to the next store that has it for you. You can call in and an associate will help you. So I ordered the doors in the Bronx but I had to end up going to Queens to pick them up. The app helps on locations and the store addresses I'm loving the app it works and I'll be using it to shop everytime”

“I am not a huge fan of this home depot due to it being always busy and crowded but I gave it a five star review because of one employee, Stacy (plumbing). while I was there she helped several costumers including myself and still found time to double check if I had everything I needed. I informed her of my DIY project to change my under sink dishwasher branch but was confused on how the pipe should be installed, being my first time.She was kind enough to make sure I had the exact branch I needed, advised on all the tools I would need to install and show me how to put the piece together so I have an easier time installing. Thanks to Stacy, the install took 5 minutes and more importantly absolutely no leaks.Definitely need more Stacys in the customer service world.”

The staff would accompany me to each area and get the item that I needed, or they would have me wait while they looked for the items and brought it to me, I even got assistance at the checkout register to assure me that I was using my credit card safely. “I regret not completing the survey in time however I was not able to find the receipt until recently. Nevertheless, I want to give a review for a sales associate who helped me tremendously for 2 days and over 6 hours. Corey- in flooring! Thank you, thank you, thank you. We got it right. My floors are absolutely gorgeus. I visited different flooring companies, researched online, but it was his patience. We calculated the square footage, figured out how many tiles were needed, how many boxes, we stayed with in my color scheme and my budget. He was extremely patient and kind and was never frustrated. Home Depot you have a winner. His customer service skills are exemplary.Thank you and I regret not submitting this review sooner. He was able to make my home, home and for that I am truly grateful!”
