βPerfect location, convenient to get in and out of, staff are helpful and the fuel prices are currently cheapest in the area. Have had some of the food items which are reasonably priced and taste good.β

βLowest gas prices in my area. Good people that work there. Always pleasant and helpful. They have a small convenience store and are centrally located in town. It's a nice place to get that quick loaf of bread or milk along with your gas.β

βClean and consistent. My wife and I just Moved to the area and our 1st meal was a handmaid sub at cliff's market. We had a wonderfully charismatic Food manager curate our subs. She was positive, polite and professional and is a large reason why we go back there. Jess you are great never change.β

βThey seem to have worked out the issues with the app, it's not logging me out every single time. It still does occasionally but it's much better. Good place to get gas/ snacks, pizza, things like that.β
βThe employees working at Cliff's, about 1pm, on Friday, May 1st, were absolutely AMAZING! When I began pumping gas, a hole in the hose started spraying gas like a fountain; spraying gas on me and my car. Two employees immediately ran out to help me while the pump was shut off from inside. Luckily, I had been visiting my son and had extra clothes in the car. The two employees inside were very kind and were making sure I was all right. While I was waiting for the car wash (Which they comped), I had a very nice conversation with one of the employees that had come out to help me originally (The store manager). I told her how I lived three hours away and I was supposed to be back at a certain time, and I didn't think I was going to make it. When I pulled out of the car wash, the cashier was waiting for me with money in his hand and said that the gas from the spill was charged to my card and wouldn't be refunded until 7 to 10 days. They knew I was from out of town, so all the employees pooled their money together so I could have that money right then. It was one of the sweetest moments I've ever had the pleasure to experience. Everything they did was out of caring and kindness. Quick thinking, too! Thank you, Kelly, Mariah, John and Megan!!! I appreciate each one of you!!! β€οΈβ
βThis little shop at the end of Wyoming St on Syracuse's Westside is generally well-run, quick, and offers an ATM that allows withdrawals in increments of $5, plus an array of foods and snacks, including lots of rehydration drinks like GatorLyte. The owner has always been nice to me. People buying there are usually polite, with a few exceptions outside the store. There's laughing and joking, but people don't get away with stealing. My BFF and I go there often. ?β

βCliffs never disappoints!! We used the online ordering process tonight for the first time so we could take advantage of the wonderful sub offer. We have always ordered Pizza because we love that but the subs were so delicious and such a good value. Thank you Cliffs for filling our bellies tonight (again) and a big thank you to the courteous professional helpful employees at the Washington Mills location. We appreciate you all!β
βThe bad: The size of this gas station is smaller than other FastTrac sites. 8 cars max can fill up at same time, but in practice much less, because the lanes are congested. Bad congestion at the station itself when busy. Since shop is smaller, less choices of food and snack items. The good: The location is very convenient though, and there are plenty of entrances, exits, and a traffic light. Store workers do their job well. Free digital air pump for tire inflation.β
βStopped in for a bite while passing through town. Didnβt expect much from a gas station sub but the staff were all polite, the sub was delicious, and there was a great selection of snacks and drinksβ

βNice people...coffee is not dark roast kinda watery. Tables weren't very clean.. bathroom was clean. Like the set up. Subway was ok lady had attitude about making the sub intell the end and the turned it around and was Pleasantβ

FastTrac on Oneida Street is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!β
βA huge thank you to Rob and his team, who were so kind and assisted me this morning. I was out of gas (like below E) and google maps had me going to the nearest Sunoco so I could use the only money I had for gas, a Sunoco gift card for $20. Google maps brought me here, which is no longer Sunoco. After hearing my plight, there was no hesitation from them to help, and I will now be a regular customer there. Thank you guys so much :)β
