“CC combined with AutoZone points account, had to enter Credit Card 4 times. Maybe internet outage, or POS company outage, but it was painful for me and the AutoZone associate, but we made it happen, and origanal processed CC went through. Ask yourself AutoZone why does this happen? Then ask 4 more times... Quality of customers (we want this) transaction should be a Top priority for the organization.
