Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended!
When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful.

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“This store has a huge variety of items, including household essentials like curtains, mats, rugs, pillows, and kitchen supplies. They also carry clothing for both men and women, toys for younger kids, snacks, and a great amount of seasonal decorations. Their holiday section is always well-stocked, especially during Christmas — trees, lights, ornaments, and a lot of festive displays.
Prices are very affordable, but the quality can be hit or miss. Some items are decent for the price, while others feel cheap or misleading. One issue is that the store sometimes displays high-quality decorations, but the boxed version next to it is not the same product — it’s a cheaper variation. It’s easy to assume you’re buying what you see, so always double-check. There are plenty of outlets around the store, and the staff usually allows you to test lights or open certain items. When in doubt, ask an associate before buying.
The store can get extremely crowded, and the aisles are small, which makes shopping a bit stressful during busy times.
Another downside is the loss prevention process at the exit. The worker by the front door often checks bags and receipts even if you’re simply carrying multiple shopping bags. Most of the time, all they do is highlight the date on your receipt, but you still end up waiting in a line just to leave — especially frustrating when the store is already packed. It can feel unnecessary and a little annoying.

The staff is always friendly, and I'll continue to visit and shop at TESO. but I have an update for you On December 3, 2025 transaction T2830045404 and time 12:13 The cashier Cher9 I purchased what's called Kaililai Bursting Bread (mango flavor), and this is by far the worst product I've ever bought. Please look at the video. I'm honestly not impressed -- I feel like a fool. The whole process looks like American junk food, no offense. It's completely different from what you get in China, and I can say that from experience. I was expecting a custard-filled bread. For this reason, I'll taking away 2 stars Nota fan of process junk (We want real Chinese snacks) As you can see that the gel type fillings I do not eat Other than a disappointing snacking experience, everything else at this Asian market in Long Island City is great. The ramen selection is solid, and the overall shopping experience is enjoyable. The store carries a wide variety of items--from housewares and utensils to silverware, rice, and rice cookers--so it's easy to find almost everything you need in one place. I recommend planning your shopping ahead of time since they also have a website you can browse. Compared to other Asian markets, which I've noticed tend to overcharge, this location is more reasonably priced and doesn't inflate prices on many items.”

“A hidden gem in the heart of Fresh Meadows, I simply enjoy shopping at this location. The first floor has shoes and jewelry, hair and skin products and a small section is dedicated to women's lingerie. The basement level has a men's and women's clothing department, as well as a section dedicated to decorating your bedroom. The dressing room is open and you are allowed 10 pieces to try on, as long as you return everything back on the hanger. The staff here are nice and friendly and the line moves quick!”
