I shop here at least once a week, and I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the customer service. Claudia is truly top-notch! She is professional, thoughtful, and always keeps her word. She remembered that I was looking for specific storage boxes and let me know when new ones arrived. When I came back the next day, she had pulled out the most gorgeous storage boxes I've ever seen at the Bayside HomeGoods. She went above and beyond by showing me all the new arrivals, and I ended up buying every one she recommended! When I got home, I was so excited to organize everything. The storage boxes fit all of my pants and shirts perfectly and made everything look so neat and beautiful. This is hands down the BEST HomeGoods in Bayside! The team truly cares about their customers and knows their inventory better than any other HomeGoods I've visited.     “Lots of cute and reasonably priced stuff!!! I love the household goods section with very soft and fuzzy hand towels, and cuter versions of everyday items such as lint rollers! However, their staff restock in the middle of the day and block of lots of the aisles. It is very difficult to get around and makes the shopping experience uncomfortable because they do not move out of your way. If an area is closed off, put a sign or something, but why not restock when the store is closed?”

    “I had a great experience at the store overall. I originally purchased four items: three Baby Nice Ice NeeDoh Cubes, one Big Nice Ice NeeDoh Cube, and a hand cream. Unfortunately, one of the Baby Nice Ice NeeDoh Cubes wasn’t handed to me at checkout, and I didn’t realize it was missing until I got home. I had trouble reaching the store by phone, but I went back in person and the staff resolved everything right away. They gave me the item I had paid for, and everyone was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. I’m really happy with how everything was handled. Amazing service and such a friendly staff. Thank you again!”

Great candy selection, no phone cases or accessories for anything other than iPhones, and be sure not to go there unless you're ready to spend lots of money on stuff that you'll donate in a few years.     “PSA announcement there is a new Target that just opened up in Brooklyn NY Kings Plaza mall where Sears use to be and if you know me personally let me tell you I love me a Target and I was there opening day which I believe was August 19th :) I was definitely all smiles, especially seeing that it was three floors of lusciousness. I couldn't help but pick up a few items especially in the food section. The price range is the same. I am a big foodie lol. So if you haven't been to Kings Plaza in awhile, check them out and go into Target. You'll love it just like I do. Happy shopping :)”
