Staff that is ready to assist, and it appears as if they have EVERYTHING you should need, and not in small quantities either. From HVAC to general construction needs, they have you covered. Sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait a little but the people working there are very knowledgeable about paint and brushes and will help you decide on whatever project you want to do in terms of paint and supplies. The quality of the paint is great. Never had any issues tbh. They also have parking outside. They're right off a major street but just have to be careful is all”
“Good service. You always have someone to talk to. They have what you purchase on the computer and for which room, but you should buy from them as other Benjamin Moore sellers do not always maintain this information for future use. One time the contractor did not let me know they were painting the following day which was a Sunday. I went to a different store because they close on Sundays. Work done recently, I now have to cut out to match the colors. No fun because I am getting but not perfectly great at plastering.This place is great. When I don't use them, I use Sherwin Williams on Bayside. I think am staying with them and gave 5 perfect stars. They deserve it! Thank you! I am a woman. I do most of my work. They help me. Unfortunately I need to paint the ceiling. Will get advice from them again tomorrow. Need more paint! McGee”
“I've been doing construction in my house and when it was time to paint, we chose Sherwin Williams paint. We went to the store on Bell Blvd in Bayside and purchased our paint. Phil the store associate that helped us was incrediblely knowledgeable. We asked many questions about paint types. He took the time to answer our questions. We purchased our paint and came home. We received a call from Phil who informed us that we left a can of paint behind. He actually brought the can of paint to our house. What an incredible person. I walked out learning that you can’t just point to a can and paint magically appears! lol I had O’Neil helping me and he was super patient and helped me find the colors that I thought I wanted. He gave me some suggestions on paint contrast and I went with it. He was extremely knowledgeable and made my paint buying experience super easy! “Reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores my father used to take me to on weekends when he'd be doing chores. I needed an obscure nut for a very old bolt on an old house. The guy there couldn't find it among the racks and could've easily said they don't have it, but instead he asked if I had a few minutes to wait and then disappeared into the basement I think. Came back about 10 minutes later with a whole box of them so I could see which one fit the best. They just don't do things like that anymore in this high speed Amazon world. He went the extra distance for me and I'll always give a shout out to excellent service.”
