Computers in Garden City, NY

“I got my laptop serviced and the customer service and work they did to my laptop was excellent. They fixed my initial issues and went above and beyond with additional fixes to the computers shell. They were also able to finish the job quicker than their expected date. Overall, the service they did for me was amazing quick and affordable and I will definitely return for any other issues, thanks again!”

“I saw a negative review of Refurbees and I can't believe that person is talking about the same Refurbees I have been dealing with for a number of years! I've lost track of how many computers (both desktop and laptop) I have purchased from them. I know it's more than half a dozen. I have never had a problem. The systems were always what the were supposed to be and came with everything they were supposed to come with including a legit 'refurbished' license from Microsoft. My most recent purchase was for someone in a different state and they even called me before filling the order because of the different ship to address. Don't know when I will next be in the market for a computer but when I do, you can be sure I will be ordering it from Refurbees! Recommend them 110%!”

“Outstanding Service Recognition – Jabari (Roosevelt Field)
Dear Store Leadership,
I am writing to give Jabari at your Roosevelt Field store a 5-star rating for extraordinary service. As a first-time iPhone user, I experienced frustrating issues with my new iPhone 16, requiring four separate visits to resolve. On my fourth trip, Jabari stepped in and completely turned my experience around.
Jabari demonstrated deep technical expertise, patience, and true empathy. He took the time to fix the issue, explain how everything worked, and ensure my iPhone 16 was running perfectly before I left. His wonderful personality, respectfulness, and customer-first attitude make him an absolute asset to Apple, and I hope store management recognizes Jabari for his exceptional work.
Best regards,
Joan Creary”
