I was in and out of the store in 40 minutes with just the right replacement laptop and all the information I needed to get right back to work. There's nothing like good customer service and I knew I'd get it here. I've bought many computers and accessories here and never had any problems. And with free parking, why go anywhere else?”

“This is the kind of store that only works in small neighborhoods. Drop off broken. Pick up repaired. They diagnosed the problem. Checked with me to order replacement parts and cost. Ordered the parts and repaired it. It took about four weeks. Saved me a headache. Thank you very much for sharing your skills.”

“It's a funny contradiction. The staff seems rather thin given the size of the store, but at the same time you don't have anyone annoying you to make a sale. They pleasantly greet you but aren't overbearing. There is still something to be said about handling a product then and there and not waiting for it to arrive in a box hoping it meets your expectations. I had a pleasant shopping experience in my recent visits here.”
“I got my laptop serviced and the customer service and work they did to my laptop was excellent. They fixed my initial issues and went above and beyond with additional fixes to the computers shell. They were also able to finish the job quicker than their expected date. Overall, the service they did for me was amazing quick and affordable and I will definitely return for any other issues, thanks again!”
“I walked in without an appointment because my phone was stuck on WSOD. Estimated waiting time was 1hr, they notified me 45min later, but I did not have a functional phone so I went back 1hr as I was told. They did not give me any hard time and I was directed to the waiting area right away.
I waited about 45min and asked for an updated wait time before someone can actually help me, I was told a tech started my appt in the system about 25min ago, but no one ever called my name. They apologized and sent me a tech immediately.
Diagnostics took about 5min, then I was given a wait time of an hour to pick up my phone after repair. Returned a little earlier than said time and my phone was ready, tech answered more questions as I was picking up.
Everyone who helped me today was extremely friendly, although they did seem like they were drowning from how busy they were.
I would definitely come back to this location when I need help.”
“No fuss, no muss, no attempt to up-sell or any other bullsh*t . I walked in with a dead desktop machine. Guy opened it up on the bench in front of me, diagnosed the issue, replaced the power supply and had me out in less than 15 mins. All for a very reasonable fee. I found my guy for computer issues.”

“I saw a negative review of Refurbees and I can't believe that person is talking about the same Refurbees I have been dealing with for a number of years! I've lost track of how many computers (both desktop and laptop) I have purchased from them. I know it's more than half a dozen. I have never had a problem. The systems were always what the were supposed to be and came with everything they were supposed to come with including a legit 'refurbished' license from Microsoft. My most recent purchase was for someone in a different state and they even called me before filling the order because of the different ship to address. Don't know when I will next be in the market for a computer but when I do, you can be sure I will be ordering it from Refurbees! Recommend them 110%!”
