βWent in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.β

βWent for bird food (on sale) , some hose repair items and Round-up, everything was where I could find it, never have any problems locating things, and if I need help, everyone is happy to steer me in the right direction. Love wandering the aisles though, always find something new of interesting. Love this place!β

βVery large local hardware store. Big parking lot. Store is fairly well merchandised but due to its size it seems kind of empty when you walk through it. One cashier, which was sufficient. A few employees on the floor to help find items. Large displays and case-cuts throughout. Very clean, well lighted space.β
βRain dew is a great local store that remind you of the old-time Woolworths. They seem to have a little bit of everything you can get candy, hardware, yarn, toys.. they have it all. Prices are great for a small local store. They even have a pharmacy. Itβs great to shop local and support business in the area.β

βThis review was written by my brother Orlando... Frank Plumbing Supply is for DIYers and industy pros. After some advance research, I told them I wanted a 3/4-inch stop valve that would be sweated on a copper line. I spoke to one friendly person over the phone and was helped by a different person over the phone. When I walked in, they could tell I wasnt an industry pro and MULTIPLE people started proactively offering helpful advice. They explained gate valve vs ball valve with demo. When I stated that I did not have space for the long handles on a ball valve, one shared that some plumbers cut and shape the handles themselves. One man-- who has worked there for maybe 10+ years--brought out a T-handle ball valve, which has a short handle!!! They had all these options for my 3/4" copper pipe, more options than both Lowes and Home Depot... at lower prices. I didn't have to beg for help either. THANK YOU!!! Yes, I recommend them. Btw... they are open on Sunday!!!β

He has been in Queens Village for over four decades.Yesterday out of curiosity, I went to a distributor in Maspeth to get price on 4 ea. of a hex head cap screw and a flange nut. Come to find out the distributor sells by the pack. Screws were $23 / pack of 50 ea. Nuts were $20 / pack of 100 ea. Bruce sold me the four I needed for $2.It never fails to support small businesses in the neighborhood. I am and will always be a customer for life.Thank you!β

βWent to Lowe's looking for carpet, John Diaz and Ram went far and beyond to help me get carpet for my steps. They showed me two carpets, one was olufin which I didn't like and then Ram showed me a nylon fiber berber which was great. They are great, i wish all Lowe's had workers like these two!....β
