“1st time shopping here and was well attended by an associate (Logan L.) from Sunglasses & Eyewear. The customer service provided by the associate swayed me to sign up to become a loyalist. Logan has exceptional tact. I only visited Bloomingdale's because no other store had what I wanted in stock. Logan took the time to find exactly what I wanted even though the item wasn't on display. I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received.”
“The cashier was friendly, but that’s about it. The store was quiet, not busy, and there weren’t many options for little kids. If you prefer assistance, there was no floor help available. Personally, I prefer to walk around, so that didn’t bother me.”

“Went in today to buy a pair of Allen Edmonds Ashtons. Chris and Sean were very kind, letting me know that shoe is discontinued. They took the time to walk me through current models and other options. I have some thinking to do on which way I will go but I am very thankful that they were there to help me.
I was reminded of the recraft service too, cannot recommend that enough. Will bring some shoes back to be taken care of. I have not needed many shoes or services since Covid but Allen Edmonds reminds me why having a go to company is a good thing. Thank you.”

“Ernestine helped me immediately when I walked in looking clueless, even though it was the Friday before Labor Day and the store was a zoo. She helped me with an online order and when an item was out of stock we trouble shooted together to make an alternate purchase and save me money on the item as it was on sale in store. “This Footlocker is very big and has foot wear that others don't. I love it. The crew that works there are dope and they seem to operate well together. I was in and out and that how I like it. “I walked into White House Black Market in Roosevelt Field Mall feeling hopeless. I needed a dress for my daughters casual sweet 16 party. I struck out at a big department store that was full of dresses. It lacked everything I needed right down to customer service. When I walked into White House Balck Market, I was greeted right away. I still wasn't sure what to pick out until a lovely employee named Briana asked if I needed help. She listened to my request and asked me questions to help understand what I needed. She began pulling dresses and even gave me heels from the store to put on to help finish the look. She was very attentive and made the experience wonderful. I was so pleased with finding a dress for the sweet 16 that it made me want to look around at other clothes. I purchased some tops and 2 pairs of pants as well. If it wasn't for Briana helping me I would still be lost without a dress. Thank you to Briana for making my day.”

“The store did not give me any hard time on returning items I purchased from loft factory outlet. All along I thought I will not be able to do it. I appreciated the associate who helped me. Even though there was a long line going to register, it was moving quickly and I see they opened another register to help out. There were so many items they put up on sale. I see a sign like up to 75% off. How can you go wrong in buying a high quality with reasonable priced merchandise? The floor has racks and racks of merchandise perfect for holiday gift giving or gifting to yourself. Come visit the store.”

“Amanda is an absolute life saver! I ordered shoes online but they didn’t fit. Went to five different stores trying to find something close to the Aldo’s but couldn’t. When I told Amanda my dilemma she suggested an insole. WOW! They fit like a glove, she even told me I could get a price adjustment since they were now on sale. She saved the day because I needed the shoes for an event TONIGHT!”
