“The cashier was friendly, but that’s about it. The store was quiet, not busy, and there weren’t many options for little kids. If you prefer assistance, there was no floor help available. Personally, I prefer to walk around, so that didn’t bother me.”
“My son is just starting lacrosse, and the three workers who were there today couldn’t have been nicer. All were college lacrosse players and were very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to oversell and took the time with my son to see what was best for him. They taped his stick for him and explained basics. I’m sure bigger sports stores wouldn’t have given us this personalized attention nor would they have had the specific expertise. Thanks!!”
“Ernestine helped me immediately when I walked in looking clueless, even though it was the Friday before Labor Day and the store was a zoo. She helped me with an online order and when an item was out of stock we trouble shooted together to make an alternate purchase and save me money on the item as it was on sale in store. She was also helping other people meanwhile and honestly if she’s not the manager she should be! Thanks so much. Not an easy environment to thrive in”

“They had a good selection of hats available when the wife I visited. We were in search of 2 yankkes hats since we were attending the game later that day. The location was convenient, right inside the mall. They must have had about 30 different versions on Yankee hats on display. Both the wife and I purchased one. The only downside we experienced was the lack of customer service. It felt like we were bothering the guy who was working when we asked a question.”

“Called here to check on the availability of a bat my son wanted. It showed a few of them in stock. I wanted to be sure before making the trip over. I was forwarded to Devonte in the baseball section. Not only did he check to make sure it was in stock but grabbed my name and put one aside for us. Then when we got there he got it for us and walked us over to see a few other models to kake sure that was exactly what we wanted. The guy went above and beyond. I will go here for any baseball purchases I have when Devonte is working. Guy knows his stuff!!!! Even suggested my son try the fruity pebble pine tar (solid choice).”
