“Went in to get to get a toilet but hubby hadn't used is card for over a year so it was expired. Self check out only but Susan was so helpful she walked us through step-by-step through the sign in online process. She was very patient for my hubby had a older model phone. I have an iPhone 13. Should have done it with my iPhone to start with. Lol. Karla was also near by but Even though she was making sure and helping other customers with try check out she also was very pleasant. Will def go back again and again and again. Customer service was an A+.”

“What a wonderful place. I called to see if they carried brown mulch, spoke to Mark and said they had plenty..I needed 18 bags. When I finally got there, Mark was so very polite and courteous and took care of me right away. Drove to the back of the store, and this young woman, Katelyn was all set to load the car . All 18 bags..I felt so bad that a young woman had to do this..Let me tell you what an amazing, awsome young woman she is..She picked up each bag, put it in the car, made sure there was room for all of them. She worked so fast and was so sweet about it..not a complaint out of her. Katelyn is a true asset to Ace and I truly hope she is acknowledged for being such an amazing employee there..Very satisfied customer here..Thank you Katelyn and Mark”

He brought the giant garbage can I bought out to my car in the freezing cold today and stayed out there for 10 minutes while trying to get it to fit in my car. I would have been completely stuck without him! Thanks, dude! You deserve the accolades!***It's now April of 2024 and I find myself leaving another rave review for this Ace Hardware. This time it's because I bought something online that the house REALLY needed, but couldn't leave my house because my mother is bed ridden, not well, and for over a week I couldn't find someone appropriate to safely watch her so I could go pick it up. When Ace called me because they wanted to remind me that I had a product waiting, I explained my situation and asked if they could please just hold it a little longer. The next day, my doorbell rang and an Ace employee had their hand outreached to me with the product and a smile. I was and am floored. This is the old timey kind of customer service from my youth and not usually seen anymore. Thank you to whichever employees were involved in that whole resolution. :)”

Whatever your needs check out Nobmans before you take that dreaded trip to Home Depot. From that hard to find screw or how to handle what's getting into your garden they have ot all...including garden furniture. If you dont see what you need just asked and you may just be surprised at how much they pack into a corner store.”

He has been in Queens Village for over four decades.Yesterday out of curiosity, I went to a distributor in Maspeth to get price on 4 ea. of a hex head cap screw and a flange nut. Come to find out the distributor sells by the pack. Screws were $23 / pack of 50 ea. Nuts were $20 / pack of 100 ea. Bruce sold me the four I needed for $2.It never fails to support small businesses in the neighborhood. I am and will always be a customer for life.Thank you!”
