“Very friendly and prompt! I called with a tire sensor issue and not only did they tell me to just come right in, they checked tired pressure and calibrated the system. They also showed me how to recalibrate it myself! Definitely will be using this business again in the future!”

I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. “This spot has high ratings for good reason. What you read in the reviews here is accurate and true. I recently called a local chain competitor, they wanted 550 to do the work. Being in the automotive industry that seemed a bit high, this place is located near my house so I gave them a call, they were able to get me in the next day and have it done same day for 340. Keep in mind, this was very much non-invasive work so not everything will be done in one day, when you read this. They were polite, courteous, and very accommodating especially having the time constraint traveling for the weekend... they also test drove the vehicle and checked out everything. This spot is legit. Shop here with confidence.”

“We just moved to NY and hadn't had time to look around for a good mechanic. So when my car started throwing what seemed like every error light and locked up my brakes while literally on the way home from getting it registered I was pretty stressed out. I looked up the closest shop with good reviews and managed to get my brakes to unlock long enough to limp there.
Turns out I had two faulty wheel speed sensors. One was completely dead and the other was just causing intermittent errors. Mark is very friendly and really takes ownership of their work. They ended up needing to keep the car a bit longer after first calling me to say it was ready, due to discovering the intermittent sensor was actually faulty and not just dirty or something. He apologized profusely and went above and beyond to test drive the car multiple times before calling me to come get it again at no additional charge for the added labor, just the new sensor. So far so good on the repairs and my husband and I will absolutely be going here for both our vehicles going forward.”

I went to every tire place and no established was willing to help me fix my tire intill I went to mister tire the guys where so friendly and took me right away when I explained my situation great service this will be the only place I bring my car to thank you”

“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”
