“The store runs really good specials and sales. It's clean, well stocked, the staff is friendly and the prices are good for the area.
While the store is outdated, I'm not buying the building or fixtures. Everything is clean and operational. This location is akin to a local hometown grocer than a supermarket. There are very modern Tops stores closer to Binghamton.”
