“Shoe department; mens sizes were jumbled, not uncommon in box stores where there is a shoe department & no full time shie attendant. However after visiting 4 shoe stores, Kohls had a size & shoe brand acceptable to me.”
“Well, I had a great experience here yesterday. I loved it. It was like shopping at the mall in the 1980's. Granted, I was there at 12noon on a Tuesday, but it was Dec 3rd. There were people around, but it was relaxing! I thought merchandise selection was really great! I went for a light winter coat and had a lot to choose from - found a perfect one by Docker's. Price was nice at $84, lines were fine, people were nice. I initially explored buying a coat on-line, as I do for many things. But, prices seemed high, like coats at L.L. Bean were running about $160 on sale, and not being able to try on a coat, I know, is a daunting proposition. I thought about Macy's (usually quite expensive), I thought about Target (not a great selection often), I thought about Walmart (quality and style always a question). Finally I decided on my old friend JCPenney. One store, and it was perfect. I also bought a bunch of new Gold Toe socks. And the store was in great shape! Well done to the manager, and staff, or owners - whomever is responsible. It was neat - the way things used to be - and the way it should be. It really changes the shopping experience.”
“I forgot to ask her name, but the blonde with the strong eyebrows was so helpful and kind. She shade matched me, gave me awesome tips and product recommendations and helped me pick out a whole new set of makeup. I’m super excited to try the products!”
“the only reason I do not give this a five-star rating which is pretty normal rating was their removal of a jewelery counter/ associate. I was in need of some watch battery replacing assistance...nothing. Watch batteries were virtually non-existent, and the area itself was devoid of love of any sort. like forgotten thing. Other than that, the staff at this store was as usual handling everything with courtesy and a smile. Keep up the good work folks”
“Laiza was so easy to chat with and very patient with doing my hair. I felt bad because how long my hair was but she did a awesome job. I wanted layers with a black root fading into a burgundy with just alittle blue high light in the middle for upon my sons request. ?? I'll be seeing ya in 2 weeks to do some fun colors.”
“Although there is no longer self checkouts, the efficiency of check is pretty quick. The layout of the store is easy to maneuver many selections to choose from.”
