“Freaking LOVE this store, I'm a man and I don't mind walking around this place with my wife.
They've literally got almost anything and everything you need to for your home.
Great store, friendly, helpful staff...never had a bad experience here”
“Here’s the thing with Burlington. It is a hit or miss and you have to really search for the things that you want. I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday”
“I truly want to thank Kohl's in Webster, specifically Joelle, the store manager, for being absolutely AMAZING in helping to correct a situation regarding an online order for a Lionel train, which arrived defective (defective due to poor quality by Lionel, not any fault of Kohl's). Joelle was able to help me so that we did not have to go through the extremely long warranty turn around time of Lionel.
If you are looking to shop at a retail store where the store manager GENUINELY CARES about customer service, I highly recommend the Kohl's store in Webster, NY. Joelle is truly fantastic!!!”
“The store layout is clean, organized, and remarkably easy to navigate. From trendy home decor to everyday grocery essentials, they offer high-quality items at very reasonable prices. Checkout lines can occasionally get backed up during peak weekend hours.”
“Associates Oryan and Yomar each went above and beyond to answer a question I had. So pleasant, patient, and professional! I followed up with a phone call to share my positive experience, and the store manager, Edward, was so gracious and sincerely appreciative. Thank you for such good individuals representing your store!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Phillip for his outstanding work. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he has shown excellent customer service and a genuine commitment to making sure customers are happy. Phillip goes above and beyond to help, always attentive, professional, and willing to assist in any way possible.
What really stands out is his ability to handle multiple tasks around the store while still keeping a positive and approachable attitude. He’s clearly dedicated to both his role and the customers he serves.
If you’re looking for someone who will make your shopping experience easier and more enjoyable, Phillip is the person to see!”
