Everyone was super friendly and despite the amount of people it can pack in, it never felt crowded. The food court is also so fun. The food is good and the prices are even better.”
“Rochester Costco Gas station no longer has Diesel fuel and does not offer car wash as per the website. Heavy construction underway can lead to longer lines than usual. I haven't seen anything in writing but it appears a major overhaul is underway that might lead to future closures.”

“My friend and I went shopping today for some new spring clothes. We were overwhelmed by the colorful options and sale prices. There were a few winter clearance racks priced to go. The shoe department is one of the largest in the area with many popular brands. This is our favorite store for many reasons and it's great to have one in the area. Make sure to grab some delicious candy before you leave.”

A young man employee went all around the store with me helping to look for them. Thankfully, someone turned them in! The young man was very helpful, even after my keys were found. “Shopping at this Target is always a pleasant experience. The store is consistently clean and well-organized, including the clothing section, which makes browsing easy and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful—especially those handling the drive-up service.
Speaking of drive-up, it’s one of the standout features at this location. It’s reliable, convenient, and available right up until closing, which is a huge plus compared to other locations that tend to shut it down earlier.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Denetta—she is incredibly pleasant and truly goes above and beyond. Even though the drive-up interaction is short, she always makes our day. She greets us with a genuine smile and brings such an upbeat, positive energy that it can turn around even the longest, most exhausting day. It really makes a difference.
The only area that could use a little improvement is staff awareness of current promotions. There have been times when employees needed to double-check prices instead of being familiar with what’s marked on the shelves. A bit more training in that area would make the experience even smoother.
That said, my visits here have consistently been positive. It’s a clean, friendly, and convenient place to shop, and I definitely appreciate the effort the team puts in.”

“Here’s the thing with Burlington. It is a hit or miss and you have to really search for the things that you want. I will go in the beginning of the week because there’s less people there but if you wait until the weekend of course like it’s a rush and you’ll probably miss out on the things that you want. but they have a great variety of household items, clothing, soap, anything you could think of you just have to take your time and look and be patient and like I said, go in the beginning of the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday maybe even Sunday”

“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

“I truly want to thank Kohl's in Webster, specifically Joelle, the store manager, for being absolutely AMAZING in helping to correct a situation regarding an online order for a Lionel train, which arrived defective (defective due to poor quality by Lionel, not any fault of Kohl's). Joelle was able to help me so that we did not have to go through the extremely long warranty turn around time of Lionel.

“Stopped in during a mini road trip and ended up getting my daughters earring hole fixed. One was a little crooked so we had a new hole done. The manager that was working at the time was great. She was so professional and knew what she was doing. She talked to my daughter thru the whole process and made sure she was comfortable. Afterwards we received a %20 coupon towards our whole purchase. We ended up buying sevee things. All items are buy 3 get one free. So we ended up getting great deals. And the cupon even worked on rhe clearance items we purchased. This is a great location to say the least!!”
