“I’ve waited 6 months since purchase to post review so I could give honest appraisal of the mattress. First, this is a rare company which totally lives up to their radio ads. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to explain the differences of each mattress and answer our questions. He then left us alone to take our time to look around and try out each one. Absolutely no sales pressure! We liked all of them but loved their top-end foam mattress. We had a Lull foam mattress which didn’t hold up well over time, however Jamestown mattress are built entirely differently, with multiple layers (which can be changed for comfort) and much, much thicker. We liked the mattress so much that we bought 2! The best part: 2 of their top-of-the-line mattresses cost the same as one mattress at the big stores (where we shopped prior to going to Jamestown Mattress)! After 6 months the mattresses are the same as new and were greatly pleased with the comfort. Highly recommend. Shop around and then check them out.”

“This is my second time working with unclaimed freight and they knocked it out of the park again. This family owned business is truly a hidden gem in Rochester, NY. Even with the rise of inflation they managed to still give an amazing deal on a bed set and new couch NEW not used. The store is SOOO clean! They not only have a wide selection in store but a kiosk with extra options. I did not use the financing option this time around, but my first time I did and it was smooth and easy to pay off unlike other places. They work with you and your needs in a professional manner but also remain personable enough. The delivery men were outstanding as well, super sweet and highly professional! They came right in and got to unloading with ease. We live 30 minutes away from this location and they had no issue with delivery. Please give this place your business, they truly are an amazing company. ❤️”
