“Mark was very personable and accommodating. When we slept on the mattress at home it seemed harder than what we tried in the showroom. Mark told me this is to be expected as there is a wearing in period.But... I did not know all sales were final, as per the receipt. There is no trial period and there is a $99 fee to exchange for a different mattress.”

“I had the platinum protection on my furniture set and called to have some maintenance done on my couches, unfortunately Raymour & Flanigan no longer works with the vendor that made my furniture. They were able to give me a full refund on my couches towards a brand new set. They had several really nice options to choose from that were within my budget and had the new set delivered to my home in only 4 days. I'm extremely happy with the service I received in the store from the manager, sales person and the customer service desk. The delivery guys were very friendly and careful removing the old furniture, as well as bringing in the new. I will definitely do business here again in the future.”

“This is a late review- however, when doing my kitchen renovation last year, i quickly realized the only place in Rochester, to purchase a wolf oven, is charlotte appliance. I had a wonderful experience. Rich, my sales person kept me updated regarding my order- and they even held onto the oven until renovations were at the point of instillation.They did an excellent job installing the oven and the installers were extremely careful and respectful of my home.”

“This is my second time working with unclaimed freight and they knocked it out of the park again. This family owned business is truly a hidden gem in Rochester, NY. Even with the rise of inflation they managed to still give an amazing deal on a bed set and new couch NEW not used. The store is SOOO clean! They not only have a wide selection in store but a kiosk with extra options. I did not use the financing option this time around, but my first time I did and it was smooth and easy to pay off unlike other places. They work with you and your needs in a professional manner but also remain personable enough. The delivery men were outstanding as well, super sweet and highly professional! They came right in and got to unloading with ease. We live 30 minutes away from this location and they had no issue with delivery. Please give this place your business, they truly are an amazing company. ❤️”
