“This was our second time renting a van from you so we can haul our race stuff for local races on the west side of the Genesee River. We weren't sure how much easier it would make things than using our two cars and if it would be worth the additional expense, but it makes a huge difference. We've concluded we will do that for every race, so we'll see you for two more this year (another one in Greece and the final one in Spencerport) and will be back for 2024. Thank you for being easy to work with and keeping your vehicles in great shape!”
“Hands down the best and most professional moving company in Rochester NY. Guys were very friendly, their Forman, Corey is a pleasant person to be around. He was polite professional and knew how move everything without any type of damages. We had a treadmill in the basement that took 4 guys to get it down there and Corey and another guy from his crew got it apart and up by THEMSELVES!!! “I rented a unit for about 2 yrs at the 14 Railroad Ave location in Rochester NY. I had to move because I am moving about an hour away. When leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa the new manager for this location. She was very professional and kind. She wanted to find a facility closer to where I was moving but I'm in an area they don't have any units. She answered my many calls for random things and was very accommodating even though I was moving out. If I ever need a unit in an area that she's managing.. she WILL be hearing from me. She really cares about her renters.”

I was able to take advantage of a reduced rate they were promoting for the Labor Day holiday. Excellent customer service by Cory, who satisfactorily answered questions I had posed for clarification on my contract. He knows the business well, and promptly responded back to a couple of voice mail messages that I had left on the office phone prior to our on site meeting.”

“The movers and packers for Corrigan were very professional, polite, clean and helpful with suggestions on where to place the furniture. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and even took the time to go through all of the boxes looking for a lamp shade part which after closer inspection, never existed. “A great storage place! We needed to store lots of wood furniture for 6 months and the climate controlled units here kept everything in great shape. The semi moving van was able to drive right up to the unit which made life much easier for the moving crew, esp in bad weather. The entire place is very clean with bright lights, and dry. Their customer service is wonderful, Nick was always helpful, prompt and friendly.”

Camille on the othe hand is the rudest customer service person out there and needs a class in how to talk to customers! Not a good asset for uhaul because if I had a choice and had to continue to deal with her I would remove my stuff out there ASAP SO IWOULDNT HAVE TO BE SPOKEN TO SO RUDLEY AGAIN BY HER!!!!”
