“This is a long overdue review of US 1, auto sales and services. I have known Ted for almost 30 years, and he has always been there to help. In addition to buying 2 cars from me, 2 examples are as follows;1) My son purchased an old clunker from US 1 when he went off to college. Ted assured me that the car was in good shape, and sure enough it made it through his college career without any major incidents. Additionally, this was a last-minute type situation, and Ted expedited all the paperwork and insurance in a very timely fashion to make it all work.2) One evening, my wife’s car broke down in Yonkers in a very dangerous area. I contacted Ted, and he had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, and also took my wife and family home. For that experience, we will always be gratefulTed is always going 100 miles an hour, but if you have a situation where you need immediate help, he will always be there for you. His team is excellent, and Sonia is always there to make sure that priorities get addressed.Responsiveness and relationships are most important. I no longer live in the area, but if I ever needed something, I know it would be taken care of by the US 1 team.Rick Reid”

“I have a friend who is involved in a Hit and Run situation. Unfortunately this was a rental from this branch. The accident occurred at 2pm and waited almost 3 hrs for police to arrive but nypd never arrived nor call back as of today writing this review.The friend called insurance company around 4pm and at 540pm arrived at the rental car because insurance company said to go back to rental car and return the car and get another one.The office wad already closed but Anthony came and heard my friend story saw the video of hit and run and worked after hours to ensure my friend had a working car instead of waiting until next day.This made a HUGE difference in my opinion. And it's because of people like ANTHONY that will want me to keep coming back to Enterprise for future rental.”

“We recently rented a car through AutoRentals (Hertz) at Milan airport. Everything went smoothly; the car was clean at pick up and check-in on return was quick and efficient. Staff in terminal was very friendly and efficient. Would use AutoRentals in the future. One tip: after booking, keep checking rates right up until a few days before you leave. We saved $300 on our two-week rental because the price suddenly dropped. The flexible cancellation policy on Auto Rentals gives you this advantage although be sure to double check the policy when you book your initial reservation.”

I used to be a loyal customer to another sprinter rental business until they changed their policy (that now you had to rent their sprinters for a minimum of 3 days for the summer.....they just lost a customer and Empire Rent A Car just gained a new loyal one).”

“Always a pleasure here never had any problems with ent. Before. Only difference this time was the drivers insurance that hit me did not accommodate ent to Match the suv i currently own instead I was given a sedan (Corolla) never crossed that issue before but was no big deal only had the car a week so not a big complaint there but Kareem and Dana were great Kareem has good energy and was very informative on how to address any issues I had and Dana was fast and speedy on my return and made sure I got a ride to the auto body shop to pick up my car so awesome job guys and my deposit was refunded in 1 day so they don’t play with your money lol fast as they take it fast as they return it! GREAT JOB TEAM!!!!”

“After arriving mid afternoon into JFK we hired a car from Budget after getting on to the parkway we noticed a noise from the rear of the car we rang customer service who were really helpful and directed us to Budget on Old Country Rd Carle place.I wish I had got the guys name.At 15:45 on a horrible Sunday night when they close at 16:00 he was outstanding, extremely pleasant and so very helpful everything was sorted straight away.If only more employees had his outlook the world would be a much nicer place. ?”
