“I called ahead with questions and talked to Justin. Later in the day I stopped in to buy a new SE phone. Justin was great and made the transaction easy to understand and seamless. He spent time setting up my new phone and helped me to transfer everything over from the old to the new. He applied my new screen protector and made sure I had accessories that I needed. If I had tried to do the new phone setup myself, I'm sure it would have taken so much more time and would have caused me so much frustration. While I was there, two other customers came in because it is a busy location. Justin was manning the store by himself, but was able to help others between set-up steps. He is very proficient at his job and I hope Cricket Wireless recognizes the excellent team members who make them look so good!”
“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“What I was impressed with was the fact that the gentleman that served my brother phone decided that it was better to show customer service instead of just trying to make me pay more for a phone that was still working properly I was up on the fence regarding whether I should pay for another phone or stick to the phone that I had. The workers showed excellent service and let the me know that he's there to take care of you instead of trying to show you something that you didn't need. He has all my phone issues check with the computer and found out why my phone was acting the way it was so I didn't have to spend over $500 for another phone. “Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”
