They let us know all technical warnings before taking it in and had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. Will be recommending Wireless Hope going forward, as we have gone to other techs (Albany) who have completely messed up basic cell prompts in the past.”

“I had Verizon for 21 years and considered a switch to T-Mobile. Asaf worked w/ me to learn service options and helped find a least costly plan to meet my needs. While I was also going to visit Verizon to discuss lower costs, I decided not needed. Went w/ Asaf on plan and a new iPhone/iPad. Even switched (unplanned) from a Fitbit to an Apple Watch! “I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. “After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”

“I knew exactly what I needed, which was printer paper so I went straight to the printer paper and brought it up to the register. The nice young lady at the counter by the copier center checked me out to help me avoid the long line over at the registers by the door. Then I asked a question about some materials I had purchased for a trial last year that I ended up, not needing and just found a few days ago. She told me that I could still return them and get credit, even the opened package of whiteout that I tried in the store last year and couldn’t figure out how to use. This is helpful because I’m not working right now, so every little bit helps. Stores that are changing their return policies, like LOWES, don’t get my business anymore, unfortunately. Staples has an excellent return policy.”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great.
