He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He showed me a great new phone to transfer everything to and a really nice case and phone surface cover. Everything was affordable and all of my stuff I was worried about from the dead phone transferred over so I have all my family data still ...yay! “Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. “This Metro store is THE Best one in the Buffalo area! The staff there are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, especially Omar. Ask for him and tell him Mark sent me.
They don't talk down to you as if you're not as technically savvy, not at all. It's the opposite, they explain matters in an easy to understand way.
Plus the 'wait-time', even when busy, less than a couple of minutes if that. And the location is within a short drive for nearly all, less than a mile away from the I90 Walden Ave exits.
Do yourself a favor and save the headaches and hassle with mobile devices for those who won't read this and see Omar at MetroPCS.”

“I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”
“Had the hdmi port on my PS5 repaired here. The damage to the hdmi ended up being worse than we thought, and took and extra day and effort to repair. He still only charged me the original price that was quoted when I brought it in. He could’ve added on to the price but he didn’t. I dropped my ps5 off on Friday evening and it was ready Monday morning. If you need an electronic repair, this is you guy!”

“Someone recommended Boost Mobile & this location in particular. I'm so glad they did. I had an LG phone which was starting to malfunction something awful & LG phones are now obsolete. I also had Spectrum as my carrier. I only had Cable TV ($200 @month) & 2 unlimited phones ($90 @month). Not internet & I did not use WiFi. You have to have 2 services. I finally talked my Mom into switching. Well, Spectrum is notorious for terrible customer service. And, it took a long time even though Aziz is a technical genius. I've learned to be patient & while I waited I talked to the owner, Brett. He is an extremely personable guy. I assured him I would give him the glowing reviews he deserves on here & on other platforms. We hit it off. And, here's the kicker: Because it took so long & I promised to promote him - he gave me a $300 Motorola phone for free! And, I love my new phone! Thanks, Brett. You are amazing!”
