“Wrong order but they fixed itI went in to buy a pair of Birkenstocks sandals . They didn’t have my size so the girl had to order it online . As soon as she placed the order to be sent to my house , I went in my car on my way home and I got a confirmation email but In the email it said woman’s . I went in to see if they can fix the issue because she ordered the wrong shoe , but they couldn’t cancel it . I had to wait for the wrong shoe to come in and do an exchange . The associates Lauren and Zach took care of the issue and the GM Michelle gave me an extra 10 dollars off . They had to reorder the sandal . Way to go and they fixed it right away. Very good customer service:)”

“We have a two-year-old and a three-year-old, and we have always had a great experience with this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and we've always walked away (no pun intended) with shoes that were the right fit. Today we went in for new sneakers, and my son admired the rainbow pair that my daughter was trying on. Sure enough, when it was his turn to pick shoes, the gentleman who helped us brought out a rainbow pair for him, and made a point to celebrate my son's love of bright colors instead of trying to sway him to a traditional "boy" shoe. We had an amazing conversation about the beauty of letting kids be their authentic selves, and I wish all kids' retailers (and society in general) were exactly like this place.”

“Very dangerous store. Just kidding! They actually have a very large selection of shoes, boots, sandals, socks etc. my son wears a size 13 shoe and they had plenty in stock for him, different colors and brands.And although I don't have a toddler I was smitten by the very tiny Doc Marten boots.”
