“If you are a young woman— You are safe here!! At so many other automotive companies they try to take advantage of you because you are a small young woman but not here. The staff were not trying to bamboozle me or take my money— they were very honest. They didn’t treat me like I was stupid and know nothing about cars like all these other dealerships do. After test driving HORRIBLE cars, (most very obviously had been in multiple accidents with very high mileage), and dealing with even worse slimy salesmen, I was sooooo glad I went to Ultimate Auto Car Sales!! Sal and Kimmie were an absolute delight to deal with!! I love them!! I had a little snag with picking up the car after I paid for it because I had no ride to get back out there, and was driving a rental- (totally MY bad-I blanked and didn't have all the paper work needed to complete the transaction) Sal and Kim brought it to my house for me! “In August 2023, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Tundra from Northwest. Given the model’s reputation for frame rust, I anticipated potential issues but didn’t expect them to arise so quickly. By August 2024, the frame had started to deteriorate significantly, making the truck undriveable and unable to pass inspection.

I reached out to Northwest to explain the situation, even though the truck was no longer under warranty. To my surprise, they responded within two days and arranged for me to drop off the vehicle. Despite being out of town, they promptly arranged for me to bring the truck in the following Wednesday. By Thursday afternoon, they had already welded the frame in the problematic areas and performed the inspection—all at no cost to me.

Contrary to some reviews suggesting that this dealership doesn’t care about its customers or engages in shady practices, my experience was quite the opposite. Northwest went above and beyond by addressing an issue that wasn't their responsibility, showing exceptional customer care and integrity. They also assisted me with a fair trade-in value for my old vehicle and offered favorable financing terms on the new truck.
