“I had a very positive experience with Safeguard Self Storage.
The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained throughout the time I rented there. What really stood out, however, was the customer service. Warren at the Weyman location was consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free.
My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider creating a loyalty program or incentives for long-term customers. It would be a great way to recognize customers who remain with the company for multiple years.
Overall, I would recommend Self Storage to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution. Thank you to Warren and the team for providing excellent service over the years.”

When I was ready to clear out my unit, there were no weird judgements or uncomfortable exchanges with the staff. They made it very easy, and convenient. I would highly suggest storing with this location if you're in white plains/westchester area.”
