“The people that work here could not be any nicer or more helpful. I came here because I was given a gift card for Christmas. I have honestly not been to a butcher/ meat store like this before and had no idea what to order or how to order. The person that helped me gave me suggestions, toldMe his favorite, how to cook it, and then wrapped them so I could cook some and freeze some. After following his directions I will say the NY Strip I cooked was PERFECT and one of the best pieces of meat I've ever had. I will definitely be back next time I need to get a high quality piece of meat!”

“Didn’t need a lot of food but ordered a half tray of chicken parm which is so basic and sold all over the place. Babylon meat market does it right!! Instead of piling chicken on chicken with cheese and sauce they lay it out on one large tray. Don’t know any places that do it like this. And they delivered a half tray only!! So delicious and generous portions! They don’t skimp on anything!!”

“Bought two dry aged steaks for a birthday treat, and what an amazing cut they were!!! Meats here are more expensive than your supermarket, but what you’re getting from Mercep Bros is worth the price. The folks working are friendly and willing to help and answer your questions.
We used to get a lot of thin beef short ribs from them too but haven’t in a while just for the sole purpose of we haven’t been eating them.

“I was here today and really liked it. My pictures do not do it justice. It has almost everything from fresh natural fruit juices to everything you need to make a nice healthy meal. I knew of this store when it was a small shed years ago and surprised at the rapid growth to a huge family-like center. Kudos to the owners. They take good care of their customers. “WONDERFUL"butchers". Do not need to buy Big boxes of items. Meaning, you can buy smaller quantities that will last . The butchers are artists who cut/slice your purchase as requested. The Deli guy is fabulous. He knows his art. Helped me make the best! Philly cheese steak ever!! Clean!! No slippery floors. Fresh fruit & vegetables. Always.Helpful staff. Courteous. “The gentleman at the meat department are very nice. About 2 weeks ago, I asked about pork loin to make pulled pork and they didn't have much on display. Even though this person was extremely busy, I interrupted him nicely and he made me the most beautiful pork loin. I can't recall if it was 3 lbs but it was under $10!! The one I was going to choose was 5 lb. It had a lot of fat on it and it was $22 and it was lesser quality of pork. I wish I asked for his name. Because I wanted to thank him for his excellent service.”
