He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He helped me find the right unit for my needs at a great price. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I highly recommend this store, and if you stop by, definitely ask for Matt!”

“Mike saved the day! we were starting our holiday baking, 3 generations, went to light the oven and NOTHING!!! it would not light - Went into panic mode and checked out CV FB page and before I could look for his number, my daughter said I have his number he is on YH FB page too - I called, he asked if it was an emergency, I LOL and said kind of, explained what we were trying to do and he said I have to finish up what I am doing and will be right over - He came within an hour - and saved the day! What a nice gentleman, we talked as he was working and I truly feel blessed in meeting him, not only was he reasonable, he fixed my oven and I feel like I made a new friend - Ask me what I want for Christmas, I want a MIKE!”
“We scheduled a private pizza making class with Fatima at Il Fornino and couldn't recommend it any higher! Fatima was funny, knowledgeable and patient with our family. We had all done at least one pizza making class prior but this was the most informative and productive class we had taken. We actually felt confident to tackle it on our own!”

“I recently purchased a refrigerator from Auction Mart. The saleswoman was knowledgeable about the model I requested and alternative options. Their price was VERY competitive, significantly below the big box stores. Delivery was prompt and handled skillfully despite the challenges of maneuvering a large refrigerator through our front door and up the stairs. They also removed my old refrigerator for a modest fee. Very satisfied with this shopping experience.”

“Good day! My Kenmore washing machine wasn't working last weekend, so I set up an appointment and the tech was there in a couple of days. He quickly evaluated the machine, said what it needed and the price was fair. They needed to order the parts which is standard. I called Friday and asked what the status was. Joanne(very friendly), who answered the phone, told me the parts were due in on Monday and put me down for the repair on Tuesday, assuming the parts came in on time which they did. The tech was at my house this morning, did the repair and the machine is now working perfectly. So happy I reached out, will absolutely use Rockland Appliance Center again. Friendly staff and very professional. A++++”

“Recently my Wife's Laptop had an issue with malware, so we took it to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. A Salesman named Gabe helped us and was able to trouble shoot the problem in literally seconds. We did need to leave it but had it back within 48 hours. Gabe was very Professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us in an easy-to-understand way for those, such as us that are not completely up to speed on today's fast-moving technology. Gabe was also very respectful and a good listener, a truly talented Salesman. We greatly appreciated his help. I would highly recommend the Geek Squad for any computer repairs you may need.”
