“MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave.My regular sales person Cliff helped me.Not the usual sales person, he is kind, gentle and really worked hard to find me the best deal possible. Then there was Andrew, the General Manager. It had been about 6 months since I had been in to P.C Richards. He immediately recognized me, gave me a warm hello and shook my hand. After Cliff totaled the sale, Andrew came over to approve the sale and give me a few more discounts. He again shook my hand and thanked me for choosing P.C. “I was actually considering changing mobile carriers since I had such a terrible experience at another Metro by T-Mobile location. I have been happy with the service and was just looking to replace my phone but the person working there was not helpful in any way. Thankfully I checked out this location and Beilyn was working behind the desk. She quickly analyzed that I should just replace my old phone, helped me pick the right phone, and then set me up immediately with everything I needed. No slippery sales talk and numbers. She was direct with her responses, helpful in her explanations, and very friendly as well. It was a great experience getting a phone through Beilyn. The owner of this location should be very grateful and compensate her accordingly. We plan to come back soon to set my wife up with a new phone but only when Beilyn is working.”

“I had the greatest experience and wanted to share because this is a company I never would have thought to use. My dad had shoulder surgery and needed to sleep in a recliner for 4-6 weeks. I called Rent A Center in Spring Valley. THEY WERE AMAZING! The very next day, a big cushy brand new recliner showed up. We soon realized that my dad will need one of the power lift ones so I called them and they are replacing it with one of those ASAP . In fact originally they thought they didn't have a power recliner in stock so they were going to refund me completely and come get it! All in all, it's costing us about $100 to rent the recliner for a month. And if he likes it, we'll buy it. Elizabeth went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Thank you!”

I explained that there were some messages re my accounts. Since I couldn’t find the messages Dennis explained these messages could be traps. Dennis also showed me how to use my credit card just using the phone .
