But, to my absolute relief, Nathaniel didn’t just stop there—he saw my frustration, took over, and called customer service himself. This kind of care is rare—normally, they just shoo you off. But Nathaniel went the extra mile, and even though it took more time, he stayed, explained every hurdle, and made sure I was taken care of.
