“When I first came into the store on December 5, 2024 needing a brand new phone and a brand new phone number, Dave was exceptionally helpful. I had just come out of rehab and was starting my life over from the bottom up. New phone. New number. Dave was one of the best sales associates that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. A couple month later, my son Harry was in need of a new phone because his was cracked and he was sick of paying a high T-Mobile bill. I had remembered Dave telling me about the promotions he was offering about adding additional lines and family plans when i first got my phone.So, we both came in to see Dave again, and he got Harry and I on a family plan and we also got him a brand new iPhone. Once again, we were more than pleased. Since I live close by, I just stop in when I'm by the store and wave to say hello to Dave. I always see him in the store working. He is always in a great mood and smiling. Last night, I had an issue where I couldn't get connection with my phone. Where so as I couldn't even get the phone to restart. I stopped in at 8:02pm thinking the store closed at 9pm and Dave had NO PROBLEM welcoming me in to help me fix the problem. Thats the kind of guy Dave is. He is just the BEST :)”

“Called ahead of time to inquire the price to fix my iPhone 10 XR screen - he quoted me $75. When I got to the store, he said that I hadn't just messed up my screen, but also the connection so it would be an additional $15 to replace. I agreed and he replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Total came out to $97 and change after taxes. I was content with the services provided. Thank you, Tom!”

“I had service interruptions and visited the location for assistance, it was amazing having those 2 gentlemen Zack & Abdul helping me and they actually let me know new offers Cricket had on new phones I loved to buy a new line as well
Ended up having a family plan of 2 lines loved the promotion and the service cricket provide I was a T-mobile customer and moved to cricket a year ago. No regrets leaving T-mobile, cricket got my back :)”
