When I got to the store, he said that I hadn't just messed up my screen, but also the connection so it would be an additional $15 to replace. I agreed and he replaced it in less than 15 minutes. Ended up having a family plan of 2 lines loved the promotion and the service cricket provide I was a T-mobile customer and moved to cricket a year ago. No regrets leaving T-mobile, cricket got my back :)”
