“What a wonderful dealership experience! We had a great experience at Volvo Cars Rochester. The welcoming person was so helpful. Our salesperson, Elijah, was so knowledgeable about the vehicle (which has so many unique advantages, including Chiropractic approved seats!). No pressure on anything that we weren't interested in. The completion of the sale with Ruby and Elijah was easy, flexible, straightforward. We are very happy. Cole, the tech person, spent a lot of time with us, explaining how the tech works and setting it up for us. I can't imagine buying a Volvo from a non Volvo dealer - there's so much to know. If you're considering a Volvo purchase, this is the place to go.”

“From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and introduced to an altruist. Javier’s genuine kindness and overall knowledge immediately had my attention. As we created my wish list, he provided what felt like a miracle. Together, we found what would work for me and my family. You’d think the incredible customer service would stop there...nope! I was then introduced to Elisabeth. We laughed and shared stories, and I almost forgot why I was there because the atmosphere was so relaxing and serene. Elisabeth and Javier went above and beyond for my family and me, and I wanted to share my experience. Had I known this was the level of customer service and a one-stop shop for all your needs, I would’ve started here first. Garber Honda, I’m forever grateful. You’re now the only dealership I’ll refer and utilize. Thank you!”

“I was in a major pickle with my tire and had stopped at a few places for help, but no one was able to do anything. It was almost 5:00 p.m., and I called Corby’s hoping they might be able to help, even though they were closing in about 10 minutes. They could have easily said no, especially since they don’t even specialize in tires, but instead they went out of their way to help me. That kind of customer service is rare, and it meant a lot. Actions speak louder than words, and they earned my trust that day. If I ever need body work, Corby’s will absolutely be getting my business. Thank you all so much for your kindness and for helping me out when you didn’t have to!”

“First time customer and I just had the best service. Went in for a broken driver door that wouldn’t open from strong wind blowing it back. I called Rochester Collision explained what the issue was. They ask me to bring the vehicle in to get it looked at and we brought it right in right away. They looked at it and instantly knew what the issue was and how they could fix it. They said they could have me in within 20 minutes and I believe my daughter was out of there in less than 20 minutes with a fixed door! They saved the day for sure. My daughter left extremely happy and I was relieved. Best part no charge!”

They do their best to work with insurance to keep the onus off of the customer. They may be a pricier, but their work is the artisanal and they do it properly. Thank you everyone at Vogel's!”

“They've been great and even though replacing my engine was beyond my price point I happily sold the car to them to give her more life. Very great team and trustworthy place. Many customers I saw come on while I waited a little were the type that are very hesitant to let certain places work on their cars so I knew I was in good company.”

Jay was thorough and helpful and detailed in his explanation of what the work would entail, kept us up to date on delivery, and couldn't have been a better representative of Caliber. The repair took a little bit of time, but I wasnt inconvenienced, thanks to the generosity of Sofia and their loaner vehicle they let me use! When I got my truck back, they even detailed it, inside and out! Can't say enough good things about this company. Its hard to find honest guys that know their trade like Sofia! They even take care of my boat wonterizarion for me, what can't these guys do? Thanks again for a great job sofia!”

“Everytime I go to Hoselton I am always treated with respect and completely informed on the services needed, cost of those services, and my questions are answered. I truly appreciate this as I am an educated person, but don't know a lot about cars; it is comforting to know I can rely on the staff to honestly explain things to me in a way I can understand without being condescending. I appreciate that I am not overcharged for services and even told that I can hold off on some services to a later time to meet my financial situation. Thank you! I have been a customer for over 25 years.”
