“Got tires from tire rack. The little speed shop was on their list of installers. Decided to have them detail my 2019 Jetta with ceramic coating. They got me in within a week for both. They take their time to do everything right...Jetta needed extra attention on detailing. Best part so far the staff is very attentive and focused on customer service. Was treated like million dollar client even with my 2019 Jetta. I use to go to dealer, both didn't tighten lugs, f'd up girlfriend s front suspension. Had it redo elsewhere going have speed shop check the work!”

“Interstate is a great battery product and Rochester is lucky to have a distribution warehouse with full inventory. Fleet / commercial pricing is very competitive. Even though it's a warehouse where employees clock in and out by the hour, they don't make you feel like they're rushing you out the door at closing time, even if they've already cashed out the register. Note to self: be nice; don't show up at closing time.”

“Our experience with Corby's could be summarized in one word - wonderful, or perhaps, outstanding, or maybe, superb. Any of those are great descriptions. We have used Corby 3 times over the past half dozen years - twice for deer strikes and once for a scrape along the passenger side that damaged both doors.Each time, they have been outstanding. Their evaluation of the damage was very thorough; they interacted with our insurance company perfectly; provided detailed parts and labor lists and, of great importance, did an excellent job with the repairs. Each time, the cars came back looking as good as new, with no trace of the damage. If you ever need auto body repairs, I highly recommend them. Simply outstanding. Oh, and interacting with Karen is a friendly and enjoyable experience. I have seen her go above and beyond what could be expected to help a customer in distress about their crashed car. He explained everything, took pictures of the work in progress and had it back to me earlier than what he quoted. “Store # 2927390 Spencerport RoadI went there with the intent of purchasing a new battery for my mother's car which I drove up from Florida to Rochester over this past weekend. I inquired about a new battery and to have them look into as to why my check engine light was on. I was met by Andrew and Camden, who where very friendly, cordial and professional. Mair M. (I hope I spelled it correctly) was the gentleman who performed the check engine diagnostic and told me it was an issue with my gas cap. He also performed a battery check and it came out that the battery was just fine. I then asked about new low beam headlights. Mair was extremely knowledgeable and personable and provided me the best service I've ever had at any auto store. And I'm 52 years of age, so I've been in and out of them for a while now. Mair changed out my low beam lights, and was done within about 5 minutes. I am huge customer service person, and Mair epidemies the pinnacle of customer service excellence. He is the type of person that any company needs to hire, I know I wish I could. So if you're looking for amazing customer service, so see Mair! You won't be disappointed. Absolutely Amazing!”
