“I've been a Cricket customer for nine years. Our original phones from cricket were old and outdated. My wife's phone was acting up and about to die. We dropped in to see Abdul at Cricket about the phone issue. After a discussion with him, we were convinced it was time to update our phones. Abdul was very helpful in his recommendations based on our budget and tech level with phones. We purchased two new phones at a very fair price. Abdul took care of transferring all our data to the new phones effortlessly. If you want a great customer experience with a phone service, see Abdul. I highly recommend going there. “Kevin came to my home for an estimate of Frame TV, Beamer and Mini Subwoofer. Rates competitive with big box places near by. We scheduled my installation and he and his partner( brother Mark) definitely knew how to install. Kevin is wonderful with the technology. I definitely believe in this day and age you need someone like Kevin to install your system. He and Mark had it up in no time. And he had came back when a tech problem needed attention. We are lucky to have such a great product in the Rochester area. Capitalize on it. Again, 5 ⭐️!!!”

“This Target location seems to have gotten a bad rap - especially by my own mother. My husband, daughter and I were in the area visiting my mother recently and stuck at the worst Holiday Inn on earth right next door, we popped in to grab some items we needed. I found this Target was just fine - a typical Target store and typical staff. I honestly have no complaints about this location at all.”

“I went in to upgrade a phone and add a line. The 2 people who were working at that time were excellent! I had all 3 of my children with me and my 2 year old got restless, understandably. Mari (not sure how to spell her name.. I know I’m probably way off.. sorry) connected her tablet to WiFi and got to work on our services. They were attentive and very patient with us, explained everything I needed I had questions about, and we left within a realistic timeframe for what we were getting. This is my T-Mobile for as long as they’re at this location!”

“I love their self service car wash. It's a very economical way to wash your vehicle.
I run Sunoco fuel in my car (have been for years), and they sell Sunoco at very competitive prices. My car's engine can tell the difference.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff are friendly too.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”
