John personally reached out after my mower was brought in for service and went above and beyond by arranging for me to borrow a loaner lawnmower—something I understand had been discussed as a possibility but had never actually been implemented until my situation. That level of initiative and customer care saved me from having to hire someone to mow my lawn while waiting for repairs, and I was incredibly grateful. This wasn’t my only experience with John’s excellent service. He subsequently helped me navigate the replacement of a defective Ryobi battery through Ryobi, which was a huge help. Most recently, he took the time to troubleshoot my Ryobi weedwhacker, which he now has working beautifully. It’s rare these days to find someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping customers. John exemplifies what outstanding service should look like, and because of him, I would absolutely return and recommend this store to others needing Ryobi sales or service.”

“The tools are the same quality as stuff you get from home Depot. It wasn't always like that but they've improved. The power tools have improved as well. You can get a gigantic k-bar for like $10, and an oogahorn to replace your boring car horn for a 1999. All you have to do is mount it and put a bigger fuse in. You can get all this stuff while you're actually getting stuff you need all under one roof. It's kind of set up like a casino though. Never figured out how they orientate things but that's okay.”

I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.”

“Kaylee in customer service was very helpful! I had ordered flooring with vinyl tile and ranch trim. Because the trim wasn't in stock, the whole order was canceled. To get the tile delivered in time, I had to pay a $79 delivery fee. After contacting Kaylee in customer service and explaining the situation, she refunded the $79 delivery fee. This seems small, but after recent deaths in our family and needing to sell multiple houses to buy another house, we need every penny. Thank you Kaylee!”
