Joe and crew installed this for us after hours and did a great job. Even though there was an error in manufacturing with the wrong coil side noted, he was able to remedy this in field even though it required a second long trip out there. Great, professional work!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences with Viking Sales both times I've purchased from them. I've been restoring our historic windows that were so heavily coated in paint they no longer functioned properly. So far I have used their linseed oil wood putty, paint, glazing, plain oil, and shellac flakes.They are knowledgeable about window restoration processes and provide high-quality, chemical-free products that are good for both the environment and people to use. My windows look fantastic so far and I feel confident the repairs and linseed products will last many years to come.The photos are a bit out of order but you get the idea. I already owned a Speedheater Cobra which is how I stripped the windows.”

“It can be hard to get a pickup truck when you want it as not all stores may have one available. You can reserve one only at the Henrietta store, otherwise it's first come, first served. I've had reservations canceled on me a couple of times, which is really annoying if you've lined up hired help for your job. Depending on which store you rent from, you may get an older or newer truck. It can be hit or miss. So far I've hired from the Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta stores. Make sure you have your driver ID and insurance card with you when you go or they will not rent a truck or to you.”

I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.”
