“I was so frustrated with trying to take care of my problem online that I finally went into the store. Brazil had my problem settled in 10 freakin minutes (the wait was 20). Ive been with T-Mobile since sprint got bought out and this has been by far my best experience to date, hands down!

I was the least ideal customer in the sense that I walked in with a broken phone from a different provider, no knowledge of my own pins or answers to my security questions (I had had the phone for about 5 years then and couldn't remember a thing) and despite all of this, (Dr.) Mr. Raza was incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient.
I walked out with a lovely, modern new phone, a less expensive plan (I believe $50 for good quality unlimited service) AND my first months payment was included in the total; so far the provider has been a great.
Quality attention to a desperate customer goes a long way! I cannot emphasize more on how much I appreciate Mr. Raza's patience and persistence. I look forward to recommending the Poughkeepsie store and the overall company to my neighbors; I will be switching my mom to Total next month!”

“I don’t know there’s a Best Buy here in Wappingers Falls weeks ago, and since we were looking for something to connect my laptop to the projector, my wife and I found it on the Google maps, and we get a HDMI cable easily. But I didn’t take any photos there, sometimes I would upload a few pictures here when I go there.”
“Highly recommend this store!! Was mainly taken care of by Stephan who was very fast efficient and took care of multiple people back to back without any issue. The staff during multiple visits were super knowledgeable kind and helpful. Elijah helped with some customer service issues and worked out any questions we had in the beginning and Kyrese and Stephan helped take care of the further phone care that was needed. All in all it was truly a 5 star experience. These guys are really good workers!!”

“This store is nice and spacious. You get greeted as soon as you walk in the door it doesn’t matter how many people are in there are getting helped, Someone’s always paying attention to you. Staff is great and knowledgeable. The sales person Elayna, had me in and out of the store within one hour, probably less with switching from another company and porting my number over and all of that jazz, etc. She and her staff members took my bill from at@t and matched my new version bill with all my perks from the other company but blew them out of the water as far as pricing. Elayna introduced me to the Google AI subscription i thought id never use, love it in fact.”
