Rachelle helped me with upgrading my plan and getting a new phone. I'm a very tough sell and skeptical shopper in general, and she patiently addressed my questions and courteously gave me the time I needed to process my options. I'm very thankful that she was there to help that day!

The service was awesomein this store. Devin was very patience, professional and helped with my phones. He was able to switch my phone info into my new phone. They were also Maddie and Rachel who is the manager were also available to help. I would recommend this store.

Devon was amazing, friendly, and multitasker! He fixed my phone while he had another customer on the their phone calling their spouse for a code. I was in and out in less than 3minutes! This location is lucky to have him, and it helps he is very friendly! Job well done! Thank you Devon for saving the day!
