“My wife and I stopped in while we were camping at the KOA Gilboa. Great little Italian market! The manager was there and helped us with cold cuts and out other groceries. Very friendly and very personable! The cold cuts were fresh and phenomenal. Macaroni salad? Fantastic. We grabbed a fresh made that morning Italian loaf and we ate the entire thing that afternoon! Made sammiches with our haul and enjoyed the rest of the bread with dinner. If you're in the area, stop by. Great spot!!”

“Awesome selection of dry goods and preserved foods, it's obvious they've put in a lot of thought into what they offer. Picked up some tinned fish and some other snacks to try. Highly recommend a detour to visit!”
“I'm only in the Hunter area a few times a year to visit family but have found the need to visit Dollar General on a number of occasions. Have found the store to always have a wide variety of merchandise, well kept, and the staff to be extremely accommodating.”
“The selection is comparable to most grocery stores, slightly on the expensive side but that's typical of the Catskill area.
I'm hard of hearing and the older self checkout clerk was mocking me to another employee because I asked her to repeat something I didn't catch. Sorry my disability inconveniences you. Customer service could be better, but ultimately you won't have to interact with them longer than a couple minutes so not a big deal.”
“I'm so thankful to have somewhere to get necessities, the only actual grocery stores are 20 minutes out in any direction so not great when you unexpectedly run out of something or forgot an ingredient for dinner. The manager and employees have always been super nice and they have a shockingly thorough selection of groceries and home needs, a little bit of everything.City folk may not be a fan because it's more laid back than they're used to, but this place is a lifesaver for us locals <3”
“The attendant, owner, Sam, sells some of his homemade Indian food, and it is amazing! He brings up something new every week, so you have some variety and find what you like.
Highly recommend nabbing some on your way out the door, if not coming here specifically for that.”

“WOW! what a place! When you get there go to the counter and tell Emily cdog says sup. They have an assortment of dips and fudge that will blow your socks off. On top of that the hot choco will make you feel like a kid again. if you're ever caught in hunter come to this store”
