“Went here 3 weeks ago because I smelled a burning sensation in my car. Any other local mechanic would’ve diagnosed 101 issues with my car, however these guys were very honest and let me know I only ran over a plastic bag and the smell would dissipate. They didn’t even charge me for taking a look at it and let me know of a couple of things to look out for as time goes on (timing belt, etc). Extremely generous and honest people, as you can tell by the other reviews they’ll never steer you in the wrong direction (pun intended). Will definitely be going back here and recommending it to family and friends. If you’re someone who doesn’t have much experience with cars, rest assured that J & T Auto care will take care of you.”

After my car languished for a month at a different location (Jeep service on Park Avenue at Jericho Turnpike) where I was told the cost of the repair would exceed the entire value of the car, I took it to J&S. What a contrast! They quickly diagnosed my car’s problem and quoted a very fair price (a fraction of the price Jeep wanted to charge). I reached out, he gave me the numbers, I was comfortable with all the details he provided, and I flew in from Texas to make the purchase. No surprises, the car was in the same conditions as described and in the pictures, and I drove off with my Mini.
