“There is a fantastic employee at this particular 7-11 (my favorite one on LI and the one right next to my house), and his name is Jimmy! Jimmy is the best gas attendant I’ve ever encountered and I actively look forward to seeing him. I bypass many many other gas stations because our interactions are so lovely and has made me feel loyal to the store! First of all , he is full of store pride and dresses up and down in all 7-11 swag, tastefully!
Although he has to buy all of the swag himself. Do better, 7-11! The man looks great and has pride for his job and community I’m sure adding to his wardrobe won’t be too much of a burden for you! ?
The shirt, hoodie, hat always matching and on point. It’s so great to see someone embracing their position and he always looks great he has also influenced me to buy some 7-11 swag myself!!! Haha he is always on time for work, I was waiting to get gas because I left my cards at home and there he was promptly at 6am.
He’s reliable, funny and I feel safe around him as a young woman driving alone (which isn’t always the case). He remembers your name, and turns an otherwise lame/dull experience into a jovial conversation.
People like this deserve a RAISE. Or to be head of the department. Yanno, I’m sure not many people think there’s much involved with being a gas attendant, but there is. His engagement and pleasantness causes you to feel at home and respected. Anyone in retail, teaching, etc will tell you how important it is to create a welcoming, open, respectful rapport with people. Better rapport = more sales. Period. I truly hope someone notices this and rewards Jimmy for being such an excellent employee. He has no clue I’m writing this too haha! Thanks!”

“They take Apple Pay! I was out of gas, cash and left my wallet home. They not only had the sticker on the front door, but the woman behind the counter helped me every step of the way with their Apple Pay payment machine (and we all know how those machines can be different at every retail location). I was afraid I would be stuck miles from home on Empty, but it all worked out! These people are so nice - and say hello with a genuine smile every time that I see them - that I specifically searched and inputted their information on Yelp so folks can find them and give them a great review. I love this location. Great job!”
“I cannot say enough good things about THIS Walgreens pharmacy and the incredible team that works here. Even though they are constantly busy, they never make you feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another number in line. They consistently take the extra time to help, explain, and genuinely care and that is rare these days.
Pharmacist Fatima is truly exceptional. She is knowledgeable, calm, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done correctly and that you understand your medications and benefits. Today, Judy helped me and was absolutely wonderful, patient, thorough, and so helpful in walking me through my new insurance plan, my prescription benefits and ensuring my prescriptions were handled properly.
On previous visits I’ve also had help from Dee Dee, Victoria, and Alicia, and every single one of them has been amazing. There is not one weak link on this team. They are professional, compassionate, and clearly work together seamlessly, even under pressure.
In a time when people have very little patience and pharmacy staff are dealing with constant stress, questions, and frustrations from the public, this team truly stands out. They are absolute rock stars. Walgreens is incredibly lucky to have them, and so are the customers who rely on them.

“Nice counter guys. No Bag drives me nuts.. Let me pay3x the cost, buy 15 little items for >60$ and NO BAG. THAT IS going to ruin the bottom line?? Do they have that little thanks I used their overpriced retail establishment, just dropped half a c_note, and counter has 20 items on it. In WINTER. Complete cold weather gear and 2 pockets on my Bike!
7-11 may not be so convenient.
This is one particularly good 7-11, run well.”

“Really clean, really convenient. Open 24/7 and the staff (a nice woman) was super pleasant and kind! The store is family owned and the staff was very welcoming and started up a conversation while I was at checkout. I could tell that the staff had a lot of regulars based on their interactions with the customers.Store was clean and organized and had a wide range of products. It exceeded my expectations considering I thought it would be just another dingy 7/11.I don’t ever write reviews but I thought this 7/11 deserved the hype. will definitely be returning to get a pick me up when I need!”

“There are some lovely employees at this CVS.
Some more helpful than others. Junior in particular is just wonderful -so patient kind polite and always solves a problem I may have navigating the check out machine or using the CVS app. He never gets flustered. And the pharmacist Lattia (unsure of spelling) is terrific as well. She is always helpful and kind and she has the patience of a saint.
