“Unfortunately, there was a slight defect that developed in one of the shoes I purchased last year. The manager was kind enough to exchange the pair for new even though we were way past the company policy for exchanges. His action was up and beyond what I had in mind. However Jaleen was terrible. We walked in the store at 5:51pm and she told us we could not make a purchase became they closed at 6pm. We told her we already know what we wanted to purchase. She said because the mall closed at 6 so that’s the time they can stop taking customers. She went back and forth with us about not being able to make a purchase. I informed her that I will call corporate and tell them that 1 they are closing early and that she is refusing business because they want to close 10 min early.
It wasn’t until Andrew stepped in and stated that he will assist us.
It was a clear indication that Jaleen was ready to go because she walked out with her dog and left after that”

“I just wanted to say thank for the excellent service I received here at Foot Locker at the Walt Whitman Mall. The female that answered the phone when I called to do a shoe check was so pleasant and accommodating. When I arrived my sneaker was waiting for me but every last associate on the floor greeted me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I don't remember names but they were both managers they went out they're way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I had to say thank you In this way to let everybody know this location has superb customer service and that goes a long way! Thanks again you guys”

“Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is cause of Shinita who works at Macy's! I went in on July 1st and saw that Macy's had some awesome sales 25-40% off and when I got to the register the prices were not matching up. Shinita (and her coworker who's name I did not get) went above and beyond with helping us and not only that but with a huge smile on her face and such a caring attitude. If it wasn't for her this review would not be good, I hope she gets the acknowledgement she deserves.”

“I've had my red wing boots for like 6 years and love them. The inner sole insert had gotten completely destroyed over the years. Went in today and bought the ortho inserts or whatever. Boots feel brand new. Arianna was a big help. They had three tiers of new inserts and i got the more expensive ones which were like $80 but there were options for $45”
